Surely a replica? That one was there when I visited LA, I believe.

Some from mine, then,

I was referring to the Bosch sticker and the prancing Pegasus...

Yes, both accurate vintage era stickers.

As for a related sexy car pic... here is the second most famous 550 Spyder...

Anyone else thinking that all the extra aero ruins the cars lines? It's far too over the top even for me. Personally i'd rather have a 'regular' F.

EDIT: That wheel is vile!

I just right-clicked and Set as desktop background-ed that Zonda subconciously and at the same time as doing that, I wet my pants.

Why didn't they build it, why?! Mid-engined rotary powered car, with scissor doors and looks like it's a predecessor of Evora.. I want iiiit!

moar pictures of different versions

I swear I had a Matchbox / Hot Wheels scale model of this when I was about four years old. It was a lime green colour and very light and plasticky. Hmmm, I wonder if I can find a picture of one.

Despite what people think, I reckon it's a pretty awesome car especially the shooting-brake style one. Wouldn't look out of place driving around the neon lit streets in Neo-Tokyo of 'Akira' fame, heck I'd drive it around the neon lit streets here. Pretty damn cool for a 70s concept car really...

The racing version (although pretty horrid IMO) looks like something that would have come out of a 1970's Ridge Racer...

I wish there were some car images out there that would fully fit my 1200x1920-pixel resolution setting without stretching. Of the new Zonda R pics, the only ones that look decent are those that are surrounded in black and when they are centered.

Yeah they're fantastic little cars! What are they going for back in the UK? Prices down or are they holding their value due to rarity and demand? I may have to have a test-drive when I'm back in May, they won't know I'm only on a break.

£13,600 OTR. Any paint apart from the white is £250 extra, and the decals are £160.

The 'EsseEsse' kit to take it up to 160bhp, add new wheels and a few extra bits is £2,500 (roughly)

Cheers! The 250 squids is a moot point because if you by an Abarth 500 in anything in other than white you obviously should have to pay some kind of fine to society anyway. Being to lazy to look it up, how many BHP does it have without the EsseEsse modification and what parts does the EsEs tune uprate anyway?

I'd have it in red, white will be too much of a popular colour :P

The standard car has 130bhp, the EsseEsse takes it up to 155.
The SS kit adds the following;
-Six speed transmission
-Larger brakes
-Uprated springs and dampers
-Lower ride height
-Uprated engine components (not sure which) to take it to 155bhp
-New wheels

Here is how it looks, it appears the bodywork remains the same after all;

I'm suprised how i'm finding a cute little car like the 500 attractive. It does look very good in Abarth guise, as does the Punto lurking outside the dealer window!
