It probably runs similar sized wheels as the racing version, but since racing slicks tend to be a higher profile to hi-po road tyres, it will appear to be under wheeled.

Am I the only one that thinks that it looks like a kit car? The gaps with the wheel wells look huge and the wheels look too small. I like the car and the back looks amazing, but the side looks kit carish.

It was a Russian billionaire's meeting, just take a look at the cars that was accompanying it (FXX, Veyron, MF1, MC12). I don't think they would have a reason to put a kitcar there...

I know it's not a kit car, but just the way it looks. TheCracker is right, thats why I think it looks like one. The wheel wells are too big for the wheels they used. That's all I'm saying. It looks like they just took some random wheels laying around and put them on.

I wish I still had my Regal. G Bodies

Wow, we really do have one of these. Loving the Monte in blue, I never see them in that colour. Be right back I'm grabbing something to enter.

Edit: Okay, this is an entry I put in the Q-Mods thread because I thought it was a joke. Turns out it is very, very real.

Yes, you are right

Supervan 3 follows in the famous wheeltracks of Supervans 1 and 2. The original Supervan was produced by Terry Drury Racing and made its debut at Brands Hatch on Easter Monday 1971. It was fitted with a 400 horsepower version of the high-performance 302 cubic inch V8 engine used in Ford's Le Mans-winning GT40 sports cars.

Supervan 2 debuted in 1984, at the Donington Truck Grand Prix, and was the work of Auto Racing Technology of Woolaston. Powered by a Ford-Cosworth DFL engine ? the long-stroke version of Ford's famous DFV F1 engine. It was clocked at Silverstone doing 174mph. Ten years later and DRL Engineering of Suffolk undertook a complete re-build of Supervan 2 and, fittingly, it was decided to re-name the vehicle Supervan 3.

Very informative and interesting read! 👍

My best at mean/sexy.

I've never seen such a sweet T-Bird, pro-touring style.

As a random lurker over there, yeah, there's definitely a chance I got those from there... ;) Sorry to hijack your Photobucket or flickr, whichever it was.
