I've actually had some of these for a while and only got around to posting them until now. Oops.
iPod Nano 6th Gen replacement screen w/ kit. Since the old broken screen had already been 'slightly' pried off, I had no use for the tools beneath the cloth.
Audio things. 3.5 mm to ¼ inch adapter, L/R channel joiner, L/R channel splitter, mini aux tree splitter, and a Bluetooth audio RX/TX device.
Time thing. Has LEDs instead of hands, as you can plainly see. Takes some time getting used to it, but it works and keeps time fairly well. Completely useless in the dark due to the numbers besides the LEDs not being lit.
Miscellaneous things. I bought the smallest battery for a watch (that I also purchased along with the watch above, but arrived with a dead battery), three of the bigger ones for a laser pointer (that was 'borrowed for an undisclosed period of time' by a friend), and a USB to microUSB adapter.
Last but not least, a mouse. Yes, a mouse. It attaches to your index finger and your thumb operates the scroll wheel and the buttons. I didn't purchase this myself, but my dad did and decided he wasn't ever going to use it since he also got a trackball and figured this was a cheap, funky little doodad. It works okay, but definitely has a learning curve. Accuracy clicking is nearly impossible because my finger is moving just from my heartbeat. Digital painting, however, will be much easier to do since I don't own a drawing tablet.
