The time gaps might be a little harsh for this circuit, me and Daniel are only about a second apart in terms of pace. I'll have to work hard to be able to beat him being 90 seconds behind him. That means I'll have to pull in 1.5 seconds a lap (1 second a minute) to be able to catch him by the end of the race.

This is for Group 2, nevermind Group 1.

Yes at some tracks they will be harder than others, but in test races they seem pretty fair. You also have to remember that the higher group guys make more mistakes, so their laptimes are not as consistant and the lower group guys.

Just a thought, could we establish a rule for letting someone unlap themselves here? It's very tight and the laptimes/start delays mean there will likely be a lot of unlapping. Always pass on the left?

I will make it clear at the start to let unlapping groups past without delay.
Best to let decide which side themselves.

Tmr''s race should rather interesting given the lap times are so close between groups now... Definitely going to be hard to overtake here can't really think of any good way to overtake for position if times are equally matched... I believe pit stragedy may be the option in getting clean air/track and keeping position whilst over pit but will see...

So happy to finally participate in a full race of this series. Iconic setting to do it in.

I was so far off the pace there was plenty of time to count the yachts in the marina. Thankfully I didn't get an early dip in the Mediterranean - it was touch and go on a couple of occasions.

Actually had a few wheel to wheel sequences after spending a lap or two under intense pressure from faster racers. Is there a way to stop other people's cars from deafening me when they are behind? Couldn't hear my car at all over the following vehicle when they were within 10 car lengths.

There were 10 notable moments for me. I think a couple later on were due to me being clumsy. Early on I got confused, thinking I was being unlapped by drivers who were actually on my lap.
