👎 @ Test Course.

👍 @ Mini @ DFR.

👍 @ Rally, even if it's multilap so I can be even more frustrated when I tag the barrier on the final corner of lap 5.

o_O At what's in store for us in Week 75...
A rally would be interesting but I still stick with the Mini @ DFR:tup:

What we got Kent? Maybe an arcade rally car would be good. But it sound like yuo already have something planned.

How about using the SIM "Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex Shigeno Version" @ Midfeild (ideally this car would be used on a street circuit but given we just ran a slippy car on a street circuit this one would be close). This car on one of the wet circuits would be interesting as well.

I have recently come to enjoy driving this car.....just an idea GoKents...

All sounds a bit "lame" to me ;)

I don't have that car, sold it as soon as I got it. You can only win it once can't you?

Blake

How about something in a gt-one or an R390 or an Lm car on a track like grand valley or tokyo?

T'would be good. Preferably around a long track, maybe complex or R246.

I would prefer 787b @ somewhere other than complex. Mainly because complex is one of the hardest courses to drive, and I'm still not used to the constantly changing lines. I would say stock 787B with T8s & Oil at SSR5RW (Super Stage Route 5 Reverse Wet).

But a hard challenge @ Complex String, then it's kind of enduro racing.Lap times of 4 minutes :dopey:

Longer tracks appeal to me because I can drop a tenth in the first sector and not care, there's a lot of time to make it back up.

I hardly have time to run more than 10 laps on a regular track, on such a long one I'm pretty sure I'll submit my first and only lap.
Why not a Mini on Super Speedway, getting the thousandths that make the difference would be rather challenging.

Pink_the_Floyd
Yeah huh?

I'll think that would be one of the hardest WRS challenges.

I would say no.

We already had a Fully modified GT-One on complex string.

We already had a Fully modified 787b on Cote D Azur.

Sooo, it can't get much harder than those.

However, I appreciate all of the suggestions.

It helps out a great deal for me when it comes time to choose the next race.

Now, regarding that next race...

Keep the suggestions coming because at the moment there are 2 choices in my mind, and they are so far apart it is not even funny.

Any way, the results are due before midnight my time tonight which is approximately 13 hours from now.

So if you haven't submitted a time, do it!

Talk to you all later today and tonight,
Till then,
later. :D

I was just doing the whole arcade mode this week-end, and I came across the SS Route 5 Wet track, on which I hadn't been running since the S licence with the Trueno. I thought that would be a nice challenge to run on the wet track with a FR car (Trueno or other).
Anybody else cares ?

Fully modded cheapest miata on Midfield AND Sim tires. :scared:

It's actually kinda fun, even if we don't do it as a weekly race, you should try it. Midfield is my best track and even I did 5 360's coming onto the straight away once. :embarrassed:

*edit- I'd prefer something fast with lots of grip on Midfield, but I'll take any car I can get there. RX-7 LM fully modded with T8's?
It would also be a good opposite for the long CS track this week. ;)

Actually, I will give up a hint about next week. ;)

Things should flow smoothly.

Now regarding Complex String.
CXS is the best for diversity of necessary input. Every section is totally different.
First is a huge, wide open straight... flat out all the way. :D
Then a high speed slolam with moderate throttle control and steering input.
Then a quick input low speed "slolam" of 90* turns where your wheel is contantly back and forth from side to side.

(just realizing how long CXS is... My write up will now end)
(closing out the above...)

Needless to say, with high and low speed slolams, high speed straights, tight technical sections, long cirlce tracks and a hill infested high speed slolam... blah blah blah... Complex String is rough. :mischievous:
I love it though
:D

Any way, sorry to rant on about CXS.

Just keep in mind that I have something planned for you guys in week 77. :D

However, you should never stop suggesting races. Keep in mind, what is just a suggestion now may be a race a month from now. ;)
