My races for todays cups:
Nations Cup - BMW i3
Q - 8th
R - 15th
Points - 42
Punted twice in the same corner two laps in a row (got one appology back), there was a lot paint-trading, quite a few orange SR downs, yet i remained on D/S. Despite result - i quite liked this race because of this matchbox.
Manufacturers Cup - Nissan GT-R
Q - 3rd
R - 3rd + FL 2:06.490
Points - 118
Screwed up the quali a bit, I felt that I could go on pole. Anyway, Got to the P1 after turn 3 and pretty much held everyone behind me by 1.5s, Until end of lap 5, in time i had 3s advantage, my controler didnt respond properly for a moment, so i needed to brake much longer to avoid wall hit, so i dropped back to 3rd. Where I lasted till the end with a comfort 8s in front of others.

maybe I was seeing things Today’s racing was awesome. No one rammed me, only A couple of smal accidents. But that’s ok, it’s racing :-) qualityfied 2.nd on bough races, finished at 4.th. One man had a dirty pass on me at the last lap, could have done the same to him. But I didn’t wanna destroy his race, was kinda happy with 4.th place on the manufacturing race. I think the gtr gr4 lacks a bit power for today’s track, I could bearly keep up with the Other car when I was slip streaming.

Wish I was in those races, haha. Good job! - Not only does it seem like the GT-R lacks power on that track, but it REALLY needed a +5 Brake Balance to keep from understeering if you began to turn while still on the brakes. I normally keep it stock, but I had to go for +5 on this track.

I did about 10 -15 laps practice without abs to get a feeling how hard I could break before locking the wheels. U have to break hard at first, the slowly releasing the breake as u enter the corner. I did the race with break balance at 0, but a big problem is that way to manny players break to late in corners. And cutting in right in front off u. Destroying ur corner exit speed. The Nissan is very unforgiving if u break to late because off the under steering.

After tonight's Manufacturer race, the game crashed and it took me to the error reporting screen. Now it doesn't show points for any of the Manufacturer races. Also when I look at the schedule for the Manufacturer races, it lists the Nations Cup races. My Nations Cup points are still there, so at least the problem is only with the Manufacturer races. Anyone else have this happen?
Yes, same for me this morning... i was able to finish and check my points last night, but noticed Saturday's manufacturer race wasn't showing in the schedule, just Friday and Sunday... game crashes now when i check the point rankings. They're probably in the process of fixing it

Fellow drivers, has someone figured out how points work and could someone explain? Yesterday I finished 4th on Nations championship Brands Hatch BMW i3 race (had the pole sigh) and got about 50 points, a friend of mine finished 11th and got 55 points, same race another session. Is this for real?

Not sure if i get ready for today's races, Uff, Hell corner, the cutting, parks, the Skyline, down the esses, Dipper, the Chase and Murray's corner, one hell of a track to concentrate. ^^ uff, hope my ability to concentrate in the race will work here.
Not talking about Gr.3 and Lago Maggiore, Will see if i can tame that beast Schulze GT-R, kinda scared already.

Didn’t have to push, had a relatively relaxing win at Mount Panorama. Expected a mess but luckily it was quite the opposite. Got only 76 points though....
This made me more positive than how my mood was earlier today, was quite meh and not at all ready for the races today. But now I’m quite relaxed and ready to tackle Lake Maggiore in my GT-R!

Q - 4th (surprisingly)
R - 8th
Points - 121
Best of 3 - 284 (after 4 races)
Been shocked that my lap was so quick and started to be nervous a bit, after few corners lost some places and driven on 10th for whole race (can say). In last lap there was a battle in front of me for 8th place, after the Chase had good position, but didn't wanted to ruin those two guys race so braking a bit earlier and cut hard to have inner line after the turn, all went so great and passed both guys in the last 300m. Yay, never been so happy after 8th place.

PS: in the last corner i noticed few people were distracted by something outside the circuit, not interested in the action...

Best of 3 - 278 (after 3 races)
Never been confident with this beast, so was literally shocked after my second hot lap. Race went as i thought, lap one i kept my position, then made some brake mistakes, losing speed and positions, so considering to at least finish race with clean sheet, but crossed twice one of the esses, so needed to run down those penalties and losing some places again. In last lap had a nice battle with one czech guy, but had no chance to pas him, was a good race.
Edit: forgot to add info about points. Plus need to make a template to just fill it up after each race
Edit2: realised that it was not Honda, but Mazda i passed on the line

I think you eded up with half the top 10 cause that is the time slot they chose to race in. I am consistently one of the top 3 in the Nations Cup but can only race the last time slot and I have yet to be matched up with anyone my speed. I have gotten pole and won all 5 rounds and have yet to receive more than 250 points.

Thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this. I created an account just to say thanks, but I'm sure I'll be on here a fair bit anyway. I'm enjoying this game way more than I thought I would. Used to be an avid Forza Motorsport guy, but that franchise took away everything I loved about it. The competitive racing on GTS is great.

I feel the same! This is a great game! I like this online racing, but I need to be more lucky, because I racing in C / S, and my results don’t show how I clever or fast. I had unlucky races, because server problem or I was in the top 3 at any race and someone kicked me out with a short braking, and pushed me out to the field! but still enjoy this game!

This is my first experience with these series. Signed up for the Manufacturer's Cup race tonight at Maggiore with Gr.3. Practiced and then sent to Qualifying at Bathurst. Grid of 20, 5 of us are Gr.3 and the rest are Gr.4. Qualified first, ran first for 2 laps and disconnected. ??? What's going on.
