I don't think it is operational anymore.I would love to fly in an AC-130 on a training mission. My dream flight would be in the YA-10B, the two seat variant of the A-10A. I haven't been able to find any images of the YA-10B, so I'm not sure if it's still operational. :/

Here's an image from 2003 at Goleta A&S museum. Edit: This one was restored for the Air Force Flight Test Center as a display model.
Why prefer the two seater over the single seater? Also, why the A and not the C? A-10C for me!
Also, the two seater was made for night flying and or bad weather operations but it didn't really get off the ground, figuratively speaking. Not sure if it ever really was operational either..
Because I know that I would never be able to get a pilot's license, OR join the Air Force.
Oh realistically, then yeah A-10 would be awesome. I'm not sure what I want.. U-2 spy plane would be nice seeing the earth from such a distance.
I'm surprised that they still had room for the GAU-8 and added seat.
The gun is under the seats, and all the way into the wing root. To remove it they have to put a stand under the tail, because they're taking 4,000 pounds out of the nose!
Is that the SU-27 with the toilet, microwave and 4 crew members?Fullback looks cool.
Yes, however I haven't been able to find a picture of said toilet and microwave. Is that the SU-27 with the toilet, microwave and 4 crew members?

Stuff like this makes me rage. Read the title of the article (which I'm not linking to for reasons).

Apparently this is a recurring issue on the A320 which they're working to address...
Don't get me wrong, it's bad that this is happening at all, but REALLY? A fan cowl separation = engine breaking apart? I wish "mainstream" media were banned from reporting relatively minor aviation incidents like this because of the crap reporting that always ensues.

It was also at the Quonset Air Show (along with the Blue Angels) in 2014 and 2015. Basically a Waco Taperwing biplane with a jet engine strapped underneath to "assist" the Pratt & Whitney radial. An amazing performer!I see on their web site one of the acts is the Screamin' Sasquatch.
That - is a cool airplane!!! He was at the Blue Angels end-of-season Homecoming show last year.
