1200 cars, 37 tracks with 100 variations, and still a limited career mode? I dont believe it. Kaz even said himself one of the biggest issues with GT5 was the lack of races for the large variety of cars.

Surely PD didnt drop the ball like this.

But theres always a possibility of a future patch adding more content

Only thing I'll whine about for now is, this being a Japanese developed game, no time weather for ALL the Japanese circuits. weather doesnt really help Tsukuba. Id take a Toscana type time change over rain. Id prefer night time at R246 over Stage 5.

Very disappointed in GT6 but I've come to expect this from PD,of course i'll still have to buy the game because it's the only one of it's kind on ps3 and I'd rather not buy a Xbox1 just for Forza.I wish NFS would buckle down on the Shift series with there physics but thats just wishful thinking.I love GT but it's so behind on the times,there bringing new things into the game while ignoring the old things they need to fix,I wonder if Forza has threads like this.

I will definitely be Epicly Whining and Crying if I am forced to race the brain dead AI in GT6.

This new Star System scares me, and the lack of B-spec scares me. Could it be the perfect storm for those of us that don't want to race the AI?

Sounds.....I could forgive terrible sounds on GT5, but, for 3 years, since GT5 release, people are begging for better sounds and it seems they wont include the new sounds in GT6, sorry but it's a shame.
I love the game but those sounds are killing the whole fun.
Otherwise if they include the new sounds I would fall in love with GT

So PD has apparently added more Pikes Peak cars (Monster Tajima's SX4 and E-Runner) but no Pikes Peak hillclimb to run them on. What's the deal there? If PD is going to add cars from Pikes Peak, at least give us the course to run them on.

They've got the Pike's Peak Audi S1 Quattro as well. It seems quite bizarre if they don't have Pikes Peak.

Whats hilarious is that they add new cars but those "New" cars have old sound samples on them which doesn't even make sense,if you're gonna bring new cars to the game then why wouldn't you make at least those cars have the correct sounds,right now we have no idea what these cars will sound like (aside from the Z4GT1 video) when they're patched,the least they could do is have the new cars have the sounds they're supposed to have to give use a idea of what to expect.

Hopefully the new course maker can make up for the lack of twisty point-to-point tracks. Don't hold your breath though.

1200 cars? Completely unnecessary. 500 is more than enough. Actually getting the sound right is something they should be focusing their resources on.

Just look at the BMW or Mercedes lineup and tell me you don't feel ashamed in Kaz's place. This list was already outdated for GT5, and it's a joke for GT6. A class AMG? CLS? 6-series? Screw you, you get a lunar vehicle. Well screw you too, Kaz.

Hmm I was not hyped by GT6 anyway, so no disappointment here. I wont buy it anyway. I´m focused on PS4 now and hope that Project Cars will come on next gen.

They just ditched the name because It is bad advertising. The PS2 cars are there.

And the PS2 cars will also be in GT7 on PS4

As a GT 1 to 5 fan I put all my hopes in Project Cars.

After looking at the official car list it looks like the RM's are gone with the ability to make them. They just renamed the old ones from GT5 Touring Cars.

I was at least hoping to get lots more RM options, not PD take them away altogether

I think that's what the base models are for.

Yeah, I'll pass on this one. PS2 graphics I could live with but Kaz and PD have shown time and time again that they have no concept of what "online" means. Protip: it's not about fleecing your public by selling them the game in instalments and it also isn't about showing reruns of top gear (we have youtube and bittorrent for that)

So what will they be putting out? At a guess, another lacklustre "go online" button, buried 50 clicks away in PD's trademark WTF interface and none of what's been considered the basics of online gaming for the last decade and a half. The rest is pretty much GT5 from what I can see. Count me out.

I enjoyed a big part of the car list with the classic cars and all, but it really annoys me how many of them are specifically tuned versions that are a different car altogether from the original.

Giant GT fan here, but I must admit that after all the excitement of the announced details last night, I am finally seeing more clearly through the smoke..

I may wait until someone actually plays the game and reviews it now before making any rash decisions.
