* This list is one part of the cars planned for inclusion, and is subject to change.

indicates that the car is appearing for the first time in the series.

For anyone about to complain about the "incomplete" car list.

Regarding the "indicates that the car is appearing for the first time in the series"; the list includes some which were in GT5 (e.g Lamborghini Countach and Lancia Stratos).

Bad feeling, a-spec looks as dull and events look as boring with little variety as usual....Why do PD find it so hard to make varying events with different laps, styles? Should be varying championships, events, with different lengths, laps...................

Not buying Gt6, waiting for a-spec reviews, if it is NOT drastically better then 5, no buy.

Since 3dtv, b-spec and the track editor are 'for later updates,' it doesn't seem quite fair to call it "GT5.5" any more ;p

I still remember the leaderboards and matchmaking that were mentioned on the gt5 box. Then word was that they were supposed to come as updates, but they largely never showed. I wonder how many of those 'to be updated later' gt5 features are really not going to show up.

Still, I'm a day 1 buyer--just installed a pedal mod in the ol' g25 to get ready for this game. I made my bed with ps3 long ago, and it'd cost *way* to much to switch over. Hopefully the community/league features will carry this title as much as I'm hoping. Kind of a 'make your own fun' scenario...

Now I think this GT6 should have been a spec 3 update to GT5 and a real GT6 for PS4. 8 tracks!, I can make them less in a year.

Lol, Only 2 of these, and 1 classic tracks

No mention of realistic sounds..that is so sad. If sound is not improved then it cannot be a real simulator no matter what they do with tires, aerodynamics, timechange ... Time to fix the most important bit to the whole racingfeeling, SOUND !

I'd really like to see PD focus more on 'original' tracks. IMO they're more fun, can be a lot prettier (than a quarter mile of runoff area at every corner of a real-life track), and best of all nobody has to send a team out to take a billion pictures of the track so that every post can have the correct weathering. Original tracks are a big part of that 'gt feel,' and they can probably be built much more quickly. Real life tracks tend to make things feel a lot like every other racing game.

I will give them a props for doing bathurst--for a real life track, that's a pretty big winner.

I know, is it me but it doesn't feel like GT anymore, a game either.

I don't see where this is so. What looks so bad? And PS4? That will certainly be 3 plus years from now.
How about a freakin moon car for starters? Then there's what looks to be a very messy career mode, a star acquiring system which looks even worse than the XP system in GT5, the standard cars being even more integrated into the game, coffee breaks, what still looks like a lacking customization and tuning aspect of the game, and finally, we do not yet have any indications on improved sounds.

I might as well ask you what looks so good?

I feel pretty much the opposite, that they should stop coming up with new original tracks and instead focus on including as many real life tracks as possible. We've had real life tracks since GT2 after all.

Wait a minute. Do you like real life tracks or not?

You can make more tracks than that in a year... with at least the same quality... on your own? I'm not one to defend GT recently, but that was one of the worst boasts I've heard In a while. And anyway, what would converting to the PS4 do to speed up track development?

Quite a bit of fun I guess eh? Novelty is my guess, or give people a chance to drive something they couldn't before, much like super cars. Same purpose in its inclusion. But I do admit it's pretty silly.

Looks pretty simple to me. However it's odd for it to take up an almost mobile game feel to it with the stars.

What would you rather happen to them?

coffee breaks,

But... they're fun. :( Mini-games are fun.

We have yet to see the full extent of this. Unless I missed a few pictures in the rush last night.

Everything.

GT5 does have leaderboards even if not to the extent you want and matchmaking is confirmed in GT6.

Bathurst is pretty good (for a real-world track). About half of it has got some nice tight bits and elevation changes. Most real-world tracks are a lot more boring. Still, I'd take El Capitan over it in a heartbeat.

I think tracks should be created 'bob ross' style. When Turn #6 needs something extra to look at, maybe draw in a cabin and a few tall trees to keep it company. Maybe toss in a 'happy little' creek. Yeah, I play fighting games largely for the backgrounds too--I'll fess up to that.

Not just the off-track scenery either. I tend to like slower cars, and it's just no fun running on a course built for F1 when you're packing less than 200hp (many of GT's cars). GT-original tracks often have interesting cornering conditions that would never fly in real-life racing.
