Since the election, barely a month ago, at a time when jobless claims are rising, many jobless are losing their benefits and lifelines, and food lines are becoming more common, Trump has raised $207 million by asking supporters to help fund his avalanche of legal defeats. And so far, according to this article, it's cost him $8.8 million (about a quarter of which was spent on text-message ads!). So it seems to be working out OK for the king of grifters.

No doubt he’ll keep up the avalanche of lies and falsehoods so long as his cult army keeps writing checks.

He lost, he KNOWS he lost, but he’s out there showing every failed CEO who was ever gifted a golden parachute how it’s REALLY done. Con man until the end.

Yeah tell me about it. Once my benefits end I'll obviously have to get a job. Terrible right? Actually it is terrible, because then if the FAA requests more tests, my Amazon delivery driver health insurance will refuse to pay because it's "not medically relevant" (this has already happened with the insurance company at my previous piloting job) but I'll also be getting paid too much to get hospital financial aid like I currently do, which means I'll be forced to self-pay whatever tests the FAA wants. That'll bankrupt me. The medical expenses problem is not unique to me either, I'm sure there are thousands of people out there whose financial security depends specifically on paying medical bills. Without that burden, they'd be comfortably secure.

It's not my fault I'm not allowed to work and have to do these nonsense tests. Pay me.

Giuliani's star witness in the voter fraud hearing in Michigan sent sex tapes of herself and her boyfriend to his ex-wife for over a year, and had just finished a probationary sentence for doing so when she started her contracted IT work with Dominion.

My favourite bit in that is that this apparent cybersecurity degree holder:

admitted to also asking her boyfriend to cover her tracks by getting a new router and internet provider.

How can anyone not grin at this? It's an idiot tax.

Don't worry, Kemp didn't bow to the pressure and even said he has no legal say in the election results and he would sign the results as soon as the Secretary puts them on his desk.
While I am glad, that was not really the concern as it would have been illegal. The concern, is once again, Trump is blatantly violating the law. Yet another impeachable offense. And the “law and order” crowd, in yet another blatant display of hypocrisy, doesn’t seem to have an issue with it.

I’m sorry, but I can’t help but feel despondent and a bit angry that 70 million of my fellow citizens voted for this monster and now that he lost convincingly, and we see who the REAL silent majority stand with, a lot of them are throwing money at this morally bankrupt POS.

Kemp. has twice called for signature audits, but that hasn't stopped Trump from attacking him. Revealing that Trump called him asking for help even after the attacks is perfect retaliation for showing what a coward Trump is behind the scenes.

Would it be illegal in Georgia? I know in most states it would be illegal but not in all.

Not that legality means all that much to Trump...

Oh I despise the fact that there are people out there who take advantage of the delusional, like predatory televangelists, but it's really difficult to feel bad for stupid people throwing their money away with the belief that it's going to something worthwhile.

Not adding anything to the conversation but this NSFW tweet showed up in my feed just now.

Thinking about the cause to which they donated - to forcibly disenfranchise a majority of the US population - it's really hard for me to take the high road and empathise with people like this.

This is an issue that perfectly encompasses Trump supporters, but sadly is not limited to.

Just can't understand what compels people to give so much money to others they idolize that not only is the receiver more than rich enough as is, but people put themselves into financial hardship. :indiff:

"I know what to do. Let's have Trump take part in a rally for the two GOP candidates in the Senate runoff. That will make sure his base comes out in force to support those candidates, and hopefully temper the thoughts that the election won't be fair and that the GOP candidates have no chance of winning"

At the Georgia rally, the President spent the majority of the early portion of his remarks falsely claiming he won the election, taking shots at Kemp and saying the Senate runoffs will be rigged.

saying the Senate runoffs will be rigged.

Sounds like it was an effective rally to promote him and probably not even know/remember the two GOP candidates in Georgia.

"Lets see, it's Purdue and Leffler, right?"

These people don't care if it hurts either. You need to give anyway. They care about you only so far as you serve as a benefit to them. The moment you no longer exist to benefit them, you simply no longer exist.

I mentioned predatory televangelists. Let's listen to what ****-eating Kenneth Copeland has to say about giving ("tithing"):

****-eating Kenneth Copeland
Fear of this coronavirus is faith in its ability to hurt you or kill you. The fear of 'What are we gonna do? I’m getting laid off at work!'

Hey! Your job’s not your source. If it is, you’re in trouble. Jesus is your source! Whatever you do right now, don’t you stop tithing! Don’t you stop sowing offerings.

'Well, they won’t let us go to church!'

Well, email it in, then! Text together. Something. But you get your tithe in that church if you have to go take it down there and drop it off…stick it under the door or something. You get that tithe in that church, you get that offering in that church, and then you go home and do what you’re supposed to do.
Would you believe he's also a Trump supporter?

He doesn't care. If he discourages Republican voters and the Democrats win, he'll say I told you it was rigged. It will be interesting to see if enough people follow that and how it will affect the results.

All this talk about "Please give us your money. PLEASE DON'T STOP GIVING US YOUR MONEYYYYYY!" and yet it says in the good book that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. :)

Anybody who gives these frauds even a single dollar are literally better off burning the money right in front of themselves.

You must have seen one of her ads lol.

Both sides have ... err ... interesting ads:

Neither of the candidates was particularly impressive in the debate however. Loeffler makes HRC look positively charismatic, with a glassy smiling stare & Warnock just looks somewhat confused.

We know you've got the inside info all all things Georgia ryzno ... call it for us! :sly:

I forget what the exact claim was, but a witness to election fraud stated there were a lot of thrown out ballots in Edison County, Michigan.
*Looks at notes*.... It appears as if there is no Edison County in the state of Michigan. In fact, there is no county, parish or any voting district (aside from a city or municipality) with the name Edison in the United States. As others have said repeatedly, we are lucky that these witnesses are incompetent.
