While I want to agree with all of you that the birthday glitch has devalued these cars and hurt the market the fact is that I just don't care due to the horrible design flow of the GTmode career. There are to few races in each championship. They don't award enough money / exp per race. You can't clear trophies to get another prize car each time you do a championship. The car's you do get are crap and most of them aren't worth selling. This is a racing game, not Final Fantasy. I shouldn't need to spend 100 hours to get the car I wan't. I've owned all past GT games and I did go through the grind on those, however none of them were anywhere near as slow and monotonous. Don't get me wrong, I love GT5. The actual racing is the best feel I've seen in a racing game. That doesn't excuse the horrible career flow in GTmode. You all can claim cheater all you want. I feel no guilt whatsoever. If you choose to do it the intended way and grind through career mode, building up your credits and xp until that one glorious day when you can purchase said mechanical wonder than you can have the pride of knowing you did it proper. While you are toiling to get that far though I'll be online racing against friends and actually having fun
