Yup, the re-used sound bug strikes again sadly. That makes me Almost not want to buy the car pack now..

I Really don't get what is the big deal with the sounds anyway, i mean i play my game with my music, i almost don't even pay attention to the car sound while i'm focused at my racing lines.

The car is beautiful, can't wait to have one.

I'm in photomode messing around after this installed and I'm not seeing any lens flare or bloom.

No no, maybe they were tuned down a bit, but I'm taking pics on Eiger Nordwand, weather change and I'm still getting the same bloom on the tunnel.

The fan downforce option on the 2J is no option. The fans just raise the PP level on the car and can't be adjusted. Major disappointment.

Why would you think it would be adjustable? IRL it was always on, at maximum, and PD have accounted for this when including it in the tech package of the 2J in the game.

Well in my opinion sound is 85% of the experience. An exhaust note can make or break a car.

Should be different as the Gallardo is 10 cylinders not 12. Could be similar to the Murcielago though which wouldn't be unexpected.

Gallardo sound = Murcielago sound, which apparently, = Aventador sound.

Because the original 2.03 news release said this:
Chaparral 2J Race Car ’70: Fan down force option.

Usually I take option to be something that can be adjusted.

Apparently the wording meant this:
Regarding the Chaparral 2J race car’s performance points, the increased performance factor due to the downforce produced by the fan is now calculated.

Which are two different things altogether.

Edit: Actually i take that back, it's more like the Murcielago. I have the sports exhaust on my gallardo wich makes it sound like the Aventador. Still dissapointing tho..

I don't know about you, but if I can't hear the car while racing, by driving get's all weird. Have to hear the car. My racing music is turned off. Music while racing is for NFS.

Aston you can't hear anything and the Lambo souns just like the Gallardo.

This is just sad. PD didn't even bother on touching the sounds. Apparently, the Jag sounds the same as the standard as reported by some here. Really PD? Come on...

4 minutes later and 225mg downloaded and installed but no see of the dlc, even by searching "gt5" "gran turismo 5" in ps store. The old dlc is there but not the new one. I'm in north America.

The DLC is only out when store gets updated(usually around 6PM EST Tuesday)
