80 temps for the past few days. Saturday was a bit weird, though. Heavy, gray-red clouds prevented any Sunlight but it was still in the low 80's. Today, hazy with medium cloud cover and 82° temps. But, at least there was bright Sunlight and blue skies. Strong cool wind, too. Cooling trend for the next few days and then back up to low mid 80's for the weekend.

We need rain! The last three months, we here in SoCal have had all time record breaking low rain fall. Not good. It's supposed to be our wet season. We'z in trouble!

We actually avoided anything but the sun today and had temperatures being below 10°C outside. It was nice weather.

Forget being above zero (Fahrenheit), we were actually above freezing (ignoring windchill) for the first time in a month! Not needing a jacket to avoid death when going outside was rather nice.

Heat Wave! :P
Until Thursday 👎 then snow, cold, more below zero again.

Got pounded with ANOTHER 6-10 inches last night. Snow drifts well over a foot high. I actually don't even know how many feet of snow I have in my yard anymore. My neighbor didn't have a chance to snow blow my driveway so I had to drive my car out with all that snow there. Bottomed out and just pushing through the snow. I just cant believe how insane this wrx is in the snow. I really should have been stuck in that this morning. Just unreal I got out. :scared:

Its going to start warming up and possibly rain so I need to get the snow off my roof. Snow that thick will soak up rain like a sponge and cave in my roof from all the weight.

Blah. Blizzard watch now in effect for Thursday. Stupid. So now gotta work around on how to get to places without having issues.

Rain and sleet yesterday which froze overnight and made for some...interesting driving this morning. No ABS + me being stupid and following way too close to the car in front of me + brakes being slammed because of a wreck ahead + ice = :scared:

We have been so lucky not to have had freezing temperatures, snow, icy roads etc.... this winter. I wish every winter is going to be like this.

Here is another idea of how it currently looks by the lakeshore. Should be melting quite a bit by tomorrow. Most of the snow around here is on average about 2-3 feet deep, EVERYWHERE. Other than the places that have been plowed or shoveled. This is after some of the snow melted yesterday.

Mostly overcast today, and lower temperatures here. Tomorrow's supposed to bring rain, but how much I don't know.

Blizzard Warning through 9 am Friday.
Snow (heavy at times(Thundersnow)) high around 30. Snowfall (5-12 inches. isolated 12+)
By Sunday High of 12. :banghead:

Where is my spring?
@TB at lease you just get the cold. I get concrete snow and then cold.

Went from bitterly chilly cold yesterday with 2 pair of gloves and still frozen fingers to a cloudless sky, bright sum and fingerless glove today.

What a difference a day makes...and 400km

Today we are having freezing rain on top of all this snow. Around 40f degrees. There will for sure be flooding and a lot of accidents. My garage door would not open or shut. I had to physically disconnect it and lift it manually. Then shut it manually. Will have to look into that some other day. :ouch: After all this freezing rain, it is supposed to get very cold again. This is going to create a very icy disaster the next few days.

Snow still falling, some thundersnow reported, currently 4 inches as of 4:21
Blizzard warning continues until 12 pm
No travel is advised in 11 counties. (Maybe road closures)
Schools, Colleges and malls closed.
It's going to get worse before it gets better.

82° yesterday. More same today, but slightly cooler, so they say. So far, it's bright and sunny with a slight bit of haze and clouds. But, we've had a lot of strong winds lately. Cold winds!

Winter Weather Advisory for another hour,
Total of 7 inches of snow with winds of 51 mph.
Lost power this morning of all things, (4 am to 7 am)
Then shovel and sit.

Weather is not so bad. We have been very lucky so far if you know what was going on in the UK.
