What car are you using Cargo?? I might have missed it along the thread
Sorry about that, I'm using the INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) '04.

Thanks mate il put car up on share when I done for the day if you want to have a crack with it.
First sector I can really nail and can stay within 0.4 of cb ghost but I'm losing lots on hairpin,spoon,130r seems to just carry so much more speed and stability in to them
Found interesting stuff while testing lots of FF carsLooks like putting ballast at the front actually increase PP - there are benefits of this too, better traction on exits and straight line pull - particularly from low gear/speed. Better stability mid corner and entry, but the downside is the driver has to be skillful in managing weight transfer and avoid excessive weight moved to the front while entering a corner. A good LSD and suspension setup would help greatly to balance the car handling. This front heavy setup works well on lightweight FF cars that lacks traction on lower gear/speed
Tested on the Suzuki Concept S2 tune posted above, with -50 ballast position, and updated LSDI liked the car even more.
Cool thanks, Imma give that a try, I used the EG 95 at 446 pp but had no luck...Sorry about that, I'm using the INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) '04.
I think some of the top 3 are using this tuning philosophythe more the weight at the front the better the traction when I tested the Integra
, run aggressive ride height ( front low, rear high ) and aggressive spring ( front stiff and rear soft ), then a good gear setup is the main recipe. Toe and camber is driver preference - tune to get better rotation - that means not many camber at the front, and negative rear toe a must. Hope you guys get better time with the Integra.
Also, aim to highest HP possible with medium torque to take advantage of PP system, max ballast to help front bias setup, maybe chassis reinforcement could be beneficial too with such unstable weight bias.

I always go with that tuning philosophy when tuning FF cars. Seems to fit my driving style the best. I am running a very aggressive -0.60 rear toe right now which I may even raise a bit. Still playing around with the other settings for now which are:
RH 12/0
SR 6.5/8.0
EXT. 7/9
Comp. 5/7
ARB 6/2
Camber 2.5/1.0
Toe -0.05/-0.60
LSD 5/16/5
Still adjusting the trans settings and really not worth posting yet. I'm shifting at 8600 RPM though which seems to be optimal for now as I lose too much time shifting at redline which is 9000 RPM for my car.
Did you try aggresive front toe ?
Sounds like a short story of my posted set-up....
Heres my setup for INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) '04. Currently 2.24.7 and still more time left on the track.

Thanks for that I will give that setup a try. My Honda Integra Type R DC5 '04 is 275bhp/8900rpm.I use my Deadnuts tune as a base and improved it.
Interesting tunes, some are similar in style, Here is mine :
Honda Integra Type R DC5 '04
Power : depend on mileage - mine at 270+HP
Weight : 1199kg
Ballast Amount : 200kg
Ballast Position : -50
Weight Distribution : 68 / 32
Installed Upgrades :
Engine Tuning Stage 3, Weight Reduction Stage 3, Window Weight Reduction, Carbon Hood, Chassis reinforcement ( the car had this when used last time for online race - maybe better without )
ECU, Air Filter, Catalytic Converter Sports, Titanium Racing Exhaust
All Drivetrain upgrades, custom suspension and transmission, LSD
Transmission in kmh :
Reset to Default
Set Final to 6.000
Set Top Speed slider to left most ( minimum-180 kmh )
Set each gearing like so :
1st 2.926
2nd 2.169
3rd 1.685
4th 1.366
5th 1.155
6th 1.000
Set Final 4.810
The graph should show 242 kmh top speed
Suspension F/R
Height : -20 20
Spring : 15.0 3.6
Extension : 9 2
Comp : 2 9
ARB : 7 2
Camber : 1.8 3.6
Toe : -0.25 -0.25
LSD
Intitial : 7
Accel : 30
Brake : 7
Brake Balance : 9 / 7 - ABS 0, if using ABS, use rear bias balance to take advantage of the brake assist + stability - 5/7 or 4/7 for a start.
This tune is good for 2:27.1xx - no ABS -stick, rank 140 at that time. I had so many sloppy sections, the 1st sector is 1 full second slower than my best at 1:04.xxx, sloppy hairpin ( slides ), sloppy 130R ( too much loss in speed ) and bad last chicane. The Suzuki Concept S2 handled much better, but slower in straight line
Will put it on share on GTPCARSHARE if anyone interested![]()
RIGIDITY IMPROVEMENT is a lot better cb, I thought it will be slower. But I will try it.New set-up 2.24.1 now, Red-lapped a sub 24

I might add, I've been eating Double Stuff Oreo cookies and dunking them in my Pepsi (Soda cookies) during this session. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but worth a try I guess.![]()
Is it like that one time where you ate pancakes for breakfast and you went really quick?![]()
Did the same thing with cb's tune and got a 2:27.410 so 1.500 improvement with only 10 odd laps. Starting to like this TT now even though it is FF. Not sure if I will catch you on this TT skyline and my friends list. Really improved my time through the hairpin and a bit better in spoon. 130r is going to take me time.Improved to 2:26.616 after 30 odd laps and some advice from cb and chasing his ghost too.
Just red lapped a 26.2 after a ambitious entry speed in too 130r that with some practice I can get right.
Here's my setup
Same here I normally stay away from the FF cars but I'm really enjoying the challenge and different technic of tuning and driving hope to drop in to the 25s today first sector I've got sorted I'm within 0.2 of cb it's the hairpin and spoon I'm losing my time nowDid the same thing with cb's tune and got a 2:27.410 so 1.500 improvement with only 10 odd laps.
