I got 2 cars tuned with good performance compared to the current choice Integra DC5 '04 :) Another car is in tuning stage, looks promising too.

One has 291HP, 202 ft lb torque, 1180kg, high mileage, 67/33 weight distribution, capable of topping 230 kmh on the main straight ( faster than the Integra ) and great performer on the bends, the suspension could be better in the hands of wheel user.

The other one has 294HP, 175 ft lb torque, and only 1162kg ( could get lighter as it still has stage 2 weight ), 71 / 29 weight distribution :dunce:, capable of easy over 228 kmh on the main straight, still needs work on the cornering - uses my DC5 tune.

Both car has chassis reinforcement.

If anyone interested I will list the tune here and share them at GTPCARSHARE if they have potential.

Well made up some time over the last two days. Friday 2.30.452 Friday finish 2.28.976 Saturday finish 2.27.776.
Pleased with that but this tt feels right and know i can do better. see you all later for another session.

Sure, Stewy, I'll post all 4 soon, in an hour :cheers: All have Integra DC5 suspension, but the rest of the tune are different, treat them as a base, 2 cars are so much fun to drive - comparable to the Suzuki Concept S2, but much faster.
 
Did a small improvement from 2'26.329 to 2'25.732. I could see a few more but i stopped playing for now because i cant feel my thumb anymore! Need to focus on spoon curve as i really lose a lot there.

Thanks bro! Im still really losing big time on spoon turn and on the final chicane. Cant seem to get it altogether just yet.

Comment : The car has awesome acceleration comparable to the Integra DC5, very nimble and better stability when braking - especially on the 1st turn and the 130R. Able to reach 228kmh on the main straight and 220 kmh just before 130R. Tune could be improved, those with wheels will surely have a good time with this often forgotten gem of 90's golden era of JDM :D The tune should also work on the FTO GP versionR.

Comment : This car is very quick just like the FTO GPX, but the suspension and LSD needs more work, pretty nimble and responsive. Quite stable on the 130R with current tune. A higher mileage would surely have better HP to torque ratio. Current tune has very high front weight bias, maybe moving ballast a bit rear ward would be better and seems like this car do not like Integra suspension setup as much as the FTO.

Comment : Another great FF car, the Celica is a hoot to drive, well balanced with good acceleration. Able to reach over 227 kmh on main straight. Will need more tweaking on the suspension and LSD to give better stability on long curve.

Comment : This car stunned me, it has decent HP to weight ratio, but boy, the acceleration and top speed is way better than the rest, able to easily top 230 kmh on main straight. Pretty good on cornering, but could do some more improvement on suspension. Throttle control is very much necessity on the 1st sector with such high torque.


Okay, those are some of the cars that I have tested and tuned, all of them did 2:28s easily with no ABS and stick + sore and numb thumb :lol: There are many more interesting FF cars to drive, but not sure if they are as quick or competitive.

EDIT : Just a suggestion, putting CB's suspension tune might works too on the 4 cars posted above, there's nothing to lose with trying it :

im smacking my self in the head not only did I forget about the fto I also owned one think I'm gonna have to tune one up and use it the v6 engine in them are monsters

I do think though, that the fact that these extreme settings (there was also one in the Miura-TT by Johnnypenso), seems to be the fastest, somewhat devaluates the game...-Well, that's a minor thing; it's still fun!

I just couldnt quit, borrowed yur car, i had exact same tune as yours beside the gears. and on my first lap i improved to 2.26.697 (-0.5sec), did a few errors, so im starting to believe that, 2.26.0xx is possible for me...geez im already tired of this TT, but like my wife said when i was struggling with the licences:she said "darling, are you a quitter?" hell no...

Edit: 2:23.864. I was a full tenth ahead of the 2nd place ghost entering Spoon, and really screwed it up. :banghead:

I've run the FTO already, it just doesn't have the grip of the honda. It almost feels like its only on mediums when
Its on softs. It's too bad too because it seems to turn much better and definitely faster on the straights compared to the type r.

Have you tried my tune yet ? or tried to use CB suspension tune on it ?

This TT shows up all the floors in GTs physics engine given what you need to do to the settings to make the car handle decently.

Great tune, cb... I was using something similar, just more extreme. Yours is better 👍
 
Can't complain too much, 1st out's today: 2:29.033 with a borrowed car (haven't even looked at the tune) just cruisin'.
