Almost all of my credits spent creating this DIY touring car :)

Started of with body and suspension:
Weight reduction:
ST1-1,200
ST2-5,500
ST3-22,000
Weight dropped from 1440 kg to 1224 kg.
Rear wing-1,200
Increased rigidity-30,000
Fully custom suspension-17,000
Racing brakes kit-4,700
Brake controller-10,600
Nismo rims-500
R3 tyres-22,500

Then went to engine and transmission:
I was thinking what to do. Go along N/A way or boost way. End decision was Supercharger.
S/C-13,500
Engine balancing-12,000
Racing chip-1,500
Race exhaust 'n' air filter-4,800
Fully custom trans-10,400
Racing flywheel-1,050
Triple plate clutch-4,700
Carbon driveshaft-3,000
and something that cost 4,500 forgot what it is....

So started with 295 hp I ended up with 449 hp and very nice torque line on dyno sheets :sly:

And all that just for 170,650Cr :)

Very, very nice pictures Nazzii. Do you edit them? You should start a gallery.

So I got the RX-7 to a stage 2 turbo tune of
448 horsepower and down to a feathery 1079kg

Mr bogitimanslow and his nsx, due to the naturally aspirated tune, could only get
431 horsepower but still got an extremely light 1082kg

Thank you. Well I use Photoshop to edit some colours and I have some nice plugin for Photoshop which makes pictures smooth, it's very good if games doesn't have AA...

The fastest time will recieve 40 points, next up gets 35, then 30 etc.

I was busy escaping carson city murdering gang members, cops, a pigmandude, and a snuff film director on manhunt, sorry.

The Honda NSX Type R has 446hp, an oil change with royal purple, a wing so it can fly, and weighs 1,079kg. Sorry for the delay.

Round 6: How user-friendly is your car?

User-friendliness is important in all cars, epically in race cars. For this challenge, you will give the setup for your car to a fellow competitor. They will test your car and rate it out of 10 for driveablity, Handling, Acceleration, Top Speed and overall performance. However many points your car is awarded in this round is the amount of points you get. You will give the setup of the car to me, and I will give the setup to them. The person you give your setup to will be drawn out of a hat. You have 72 hours from the time you receive the setup.

Car setup submitted for testing.

So when I recieve someone elses settings, I should test their car and score it 1-10 for each of;
Driveablity
Handling
Acceleration
Top Speed
Overall performance.

...with a maximum combined score of 50, or a maximum average score of 10?

Hey, Korza, when you edit your posts to add new info, can you let the rest of us know so that we're not in the dark?

EDIT: I was referring to the rating criteria, but now I can't remember what you posted initially. :/

^ Nah I believe since we had a similar taste in cars we both can be Clarkson.
BTW, BH-21 I bought my own Honda City Turbo and am having a blast with it.
Edit: I will not Subtract wheels from your leftover balance as they have no effect on Performance and same goes for car wash.

Apparently, washing your car makes it slightly more aerodynamically efficient:sly:

^Nope, carwash does nothing.

I just ran some tests with a 24,000 mile Subaru Impreza Spec C, bought new, never been washed, never been oiled.

1) I sent B-spec Bob round Fuji 80's in the unmaintained car for three laps and noted each laptime. I then gave the car a wash and repeated.
2) Then I reset the console, changed the oil and ran three laps dirty and three laps clean.
3) Next I changed the gold 10-spokes for used steelies and ran three laps before repeating with Enkei 3-spokes.
4) Finally I bought a new Subaru Impreza Spec C and ran three laps without changing the oil.

Code:
Used, Dirty, No Oil 1:34.878 1:34.908 1:34.930
Used, Washed, No Oil 1:34.878 1:34.908 1:34.930

Used, Dirty, Oiled 1:33.526 1:33.488 1:33.522
Used, Washed, Oiled 1:33.526 1:33.488 1:33.522

Used, Washed, Steel 1:33.526 1:33.488 1:33.522
Used, Washed, Enkei 1:33.526 1:33.488 1:33.522

New, Washed, Stock 1:33.688 1:33.494 1:33.694

Note how each pair of times is identical, showing that washing the car makes no difference at all - no matter the oil condidtion. Also note how the changing of wheels made no difference compared to the pair of times above using the stock wheels.

The only differences seen are between the thee oil conditions; used and dirty, used and fresh, new and stock.*

*The fact that a used car with fresh oil is slightly faster than a new car might come as a surprise to some, but I already knew this after some extensive testing on power loss and engine wear.

Send me the setup for your car and I will pass it on to someone else who will review it.

Car-less, fabmaru, Nazzii and AndersonG22. Hurry Up!!!! Anyone who hasn't submitted their setups by 5:00 pm GMT+0 on the 29th will incur a significant penalty.
