Why Phillip? you have held so many good events why not take the front seat. Alexi and myself will keep going with the usual but with the expertise of having a championship would be very enjoyable.
Contributions and suggestions (thanks Chris) are welcome. This is for our entertainment at the end of the day:tup:
I haven't had time to check what cars or car would be best for this as I would like for it to have veriety and personalisation.

Problem is there is no specs, just the fact you submit your car to the FIA and they put you into a class and give you a few tweeks like weight etc. Each car is different and they treat each car that way. The only rule I see for gt4 is that the car must be production based with limited mods. Like a wing is ownly allowed if its needed to stablise the car.
So to me any car will be ok and we don't have to follow what they use in the real gt4cup.

I have all the balance of performance specs for the GT4 cars
My opinion would be set weight and power as per the actual series, with no additional aerodynamic additions as regulations state. Allow upgraded drivetrains and suspensions, RH tyres and away we go. I have done testing and the laptimes I can produce in different cars are very close, as are their pp ratings. Obviously the nature of the track gives different cars an advantage depending on types of corner, lengths of straight etc, but this is true in the real series too

Looks like it's hotting up again. We had some awesome grids last night, thanks to Mike, Captain, Joe, Fastas, Twisty, Enrico, Oldnail and others who I can't remember right now.
Not sure when the new combo will be ready, maybe we should just use a new track with the RUF's. I love driving this car, so I'm happy to do that, but what are your thoughts guys?
I'm off on Friday morning for a kart race in Wales, so I won't be back online until Monday. Then I'm moving house the next Friday, so I may not be able to spend much time on the next combo.
