With a little over three weeks to go before the first calendar race, I have put the date of the first official practice session in the thread title, Friday May 16th.
The sessions that are held over this weekend will be used to set the amount of laps to be run in the scheduled calendar event.

If my understanding of your time zone is correct you are 5 hours behind so 20:00BST(+1GMT/UTC) should be 15:00EDT.
If you need any more confirmation I am posting this message at 20:00 my local time so compared to what it says in the top left will give you the conversion.
