This is already a better game then the previous 3.
I like this font color btw.

1-1 at half time. United dominating first 10 minutes like in 2009 but afterwards it's all Barca. Not a bad result so far 👍

MAN had a good ball possession but loses the ball quickly that why the overall its 66% to barça! But if you know how to read football its an even ball possession;)!

Can't see M.U. turning this their way...I guess FCP will have to take the mighty Barça down in the UEFA Supercup.:sly:

👎 Indeed, if this goes on like this, it will end up 4-1.

That's what I said.

Well Nani is joining the pitch...this might be Your last chance!

Oppps Villa just killed the match...Barça it will be.:nervous:

I would have loved to have a fully fit roy keane for this match.

Our midfield gets run over by ****ing blackpool away from old trafford, what chance did we have against Barca?

Great Match!
Best team Won!
M.U. put up a good fight, very entertaining!
Now bring it on Barça...:mischievous:

What a game of football... Barca are by far the best team I've ever seen (International sides included), and Messi is the best player I've ever seen (including Maradona and Pele).

Man U may have taken the British top flight championship record this year, but they will never surpass the 5 European titles of Liverpool ;)

It's all over, 3-1 Barca. Can't say I didn't see this coming. But the defending during second-half goals was terrible. You can't leave so this much space in 20 yards from your goal to any player, let alone Messi or Villa. I think that Ferguson should have played 4-5-1 with Fletcher/Scholes in the middle instead of Hernandez, who was (it pains me to say this) useless. Central midfield needs a serious overhaul this summer (Ashley Young is linked with United), it's been our weakest point this season. Giggs was not good enough today, maybe it's due to his off-pitch issues. Paul Scholes is likely to retire and central midfielders we have now are simply not good enough. Really frustrated, but United should have a penalty when Villa handled the ball. Still, United lost to one of the best football sides ever.

This Barca will probably stay unbeatable for a while. They way the find each other is just out of this earth. Unless you are willing to sacrifice 1 or 2 players with a red card to take out Messi, Villa etc. , it's going to be hard to win.

Trust me, they will.
Can't wait for the next season :irked:

Kudos to Barca great Performance,Not so From United though I honestly though they are the Favorites (SAF's tactics were spot on untill after 10 minutes when all players decided to change it)Fletcher ,Nani and Berbatov could have made the difference today.

What 's the Name of the Only team to defeat Barca in the champions league this Year again :sly:

... but United should have a penalty when Villa handled the ball.

You're having a laugh aren't you? Was no more hand ball than Evra in the 1st half.

Irrespecitve of that, ManUre 1st (only) goal was clearly off side.... so 3-0 really.

You were played off the park after the 1st 15-20 mins... but no shame in that... this Barca side are the best footballing side ever IMO (with the bets player ever to set foot on a pitch).

A good fault can be done and only getting the yellow card! Why in the world no one takes him out?!

Messi is the best player ever to pull on a pair of boots... I don't care who you support, if you can't appreciate that, you're not a fan of the beautiful game.

I know how well he plays and appreciate it, but i dont like his personality or barças way of playing dirty! And putting him out of the game is as valid as any other fault! Thats what cards are for!

I see your a fanboy... no point of arguing!

I think you can't really say that as that is a disrespect to other great players of the past saying he is the best ever already in his short career. Sure you could say the best player so far in his generation but if he maintains this level through his whole career then he can go down as one of the greatest if not the greatest. He is still very young and needs to win a World Cup too to have a chance of going done as the best player ever.

I think personally he is the best player in the current football world by quite a margin, he has that special dribbling skill that he can keep hold of the ball dribbling with defenders looking like they are favourites to tackle him but end up looking like they are nowhere. I would rather have him in the team than two Ronaldo's, that is coming from a United fan. I even said this to my brother before the first Real Barca Semi-Final game and he delivered the goods in that leg. He is a player that is almost impossible to stop.

Back on about the game. I think our weakness was Evra in defense and not getting any energy into the midfield by replacing Giggs or in the end Scholes with Anderson and Fletcher as we couldn't contain their movement. It seemed inevitable in the end though they would win and the best team won fairly in the end. United players can only look at themselves and got some luck with the goal too.

Fanboy?

If fanboy means that I can appreciate the supreme skills of someone playing for a team I don't support then I guess I'm guilty as charged.

Barca were awesome tonight. No playacting, no diving, just perfect football.

Suggesting a side should use professional fouls to kill great players is far worse than diving.

You know its nothing personal, but... really?!

His a great player! One of the best but... who is the best scorer?!

For sure, he's still early in his career. But I've watched him so many times over the past 2 years (La Liga, Sky Sports), and he produces sublime skills so consistently. I've never seen anyone who can do the things he does so often and with so little apparent effort.

Nonsense. Next thing we're going to hear is that players have to run around with their hands tied to their backs to avoid handsplay.

As much as I am a Barca fan, I expected Man U to win this match judging from the terrible match Barca played against Real Madrid. Ultimately I think the best team won this evening. Messi is by far the most incredible player of his generation. And to think he's only a 23 year old boy...

As for myself I joined my friends this evening for the match. We were with about 7; 3 Barca fans and 4 Man U fans. In the end they simply admitted the best team won and the numbers speak for themselves. :)

I think they both scored the same amount this season but Messi has been the top goal scorer in the Champions League for the last three years and he is only currently 23.

I agree with you in that he is magic like no other. That is why I rate him the best so far in his generation as he has the ability to walk past players who are coming at him left right and centre with relative ease. That is what makes him stand out as players like Ronaldo rely on pace more often to beat their man.

However like I said before you can't say that he is the best ever yet as who knows what holds in the future. It is unfair to say he is the best like it is to say this Barcelona team is the best ever team like Pep Guardiola has been saying recently.
