Im kinda dissapointed in that idea actually. I watched the Jeremy Clarkson vid around christmas time, Err cant remember the name of it but its the newest one and they did the same thing to an old Espace. Obviously its going to be funny but its not original anymore.

Im sure the rest of the show will be great though and looking forward to it!

Yes, it's true, Top Gear will be back on your telly Sunday night. We know, 'cos we watched them film the first programme of the new series this week.

And they've got a few surprises for you - the show has been refreshed, reinvented and reinvigorated. The problem is, if we spill too many of the beans they'll break all our legs. Really.

What we can reveal, though, is that there are new titles, a much slicker studio (see pic above) and a slightly bigger wardrobe budget for the boys. But not by much.

Bigger news is the new Reasonably Priced Car - the old Liana has been retired in favour of a new model and they've dreamed up a genius plan to avoid having to bin the old celeb leaderboard.

Along with the new studio (littered with some favourite TG cars from series passed), there's also a new member of the Top Gear team. Again, you'll have to wait until Sunday to find out who it is, but if you want a clue, think Blue Peter...

That's not their image - it's one I pulled of the interwebnet to show what the Lacetti looks like. It's exactly the same car, only with Chevrolet badges on it.

I think that model is an older version, or Chevrolet are being lazy when rebranding the car as theres.

Well, they haven't shown the track yet

So far, they've chopped the roof off an espace, then they did the news (with a video of when the tories got into their old track), then it was a civic, and now they're introducing the lacetti

The old lap times are being dropped for the Star in a reasonably priced car

It seems that they still have the old track

The laccetti's clutch has been broken by trevor eve (they're having a meet up thing with random celebrities, one of which they don't know the name of).

The stig is now listening to easy-learn-language CDs. This week, itallian. The stig just tried to do an even faster lap, and crashed for the first time ever.

Now they're back to the espace convertible, and it looks hilarious... They're now driving it up to 100mph, and it's slowly falling appart...

And now they're going to drive through a safari park with the floppy roof

Now a carwash...

(On a side note, james has to hold up the reg plate above the car while they drive.)

Oh my... They got totally soaked, the roof got caught up in the machinary and somehow set the carwash on fire. Seriously...
