Tyre/Fuel Depletion in Practise Mode. Forgive me if it's already been stated, didn't see it in the OP and haven't read all 15 pages...

{Cy}

EDIT:

Now have the option to turn on/off tire wear and fuel in the GT practice mode. :)

Already listed at the top of the last page, sorry...

I always keep it on, now that it can be toggled.
However they should provide an option to select the fuel load before race start.
Light cars suffer too much from that 100 liters fuel tank.

In practise mode (at least, haven't tried elsewhere):

You can load slower ghost and the splits count to that lap instead a faster lap that you've also made on the same session. I think before it always compared the splits you're driving to the fastest session lap, even after you'd changed to slower ghost (or was it like that in gt5p, lol). :D Anyhow, better this way 👍

Don't know if it has been mentioned, or if it's technically a "feature"; but OCD cars are back to full price and still have 0 miles.

Didn't notice it before update so correct me if I am wrong. But while playing around with the new carts in the arcade mode, the actual driver of the cart reacts to the impacts.

Also, just bought the new Jeff Gordon NASCAR, it's start up sound is different from the others.

The "jumping cursor" bug has been corrected. 👍
This was most notisable in garage when scrolling down the cars and the cursor would jump left.

Thank **** for that.
EDIT: got another one, the warning message upon starting the game now says copyright 2011, so that's where the 1192Mb came from :lol:

Just "redeemed" an old Nascar Car Ticket I have had for a few months, and recd one of the new 2011 Nascar vehicles (unfortunately I had already bought it from the Dealership yesterday).

^^ speaking of NASCAR;

I noticed they updated the video with Jeff Gordon talking, he is now wearing his 2011 racing suit & is shown driving the 2011 Chevy NASCAR.

I believe they also show the other 2011 NASCAR models (at least the Chevrolet ones) in that same video.

Not sure if this happened since Spec 2 or earlier but now there is no forced traction control when in reverse gear, you can spin em freely without the dreaded red bar effecting power. It still comes in while in grass and sand however.

Premium S15 Silvia FoV glitch has been fixed. Makes me believe that they might have fixed it for the other Premiums as well.

What glitch is that, I don't remember it?

The FPS is so much better now I'm running my TV on high Motion and it looks amazing no tearing and super smooth!

Not only do light cars suffer, but there are many cars that will go through a set of tyres long before they go through a tank of juice. It would be nice if you could start a race with a fuel load that matched tyre life...

Don't know if this was mentioned, if you practice in A spec free run the used car dealer adds 6 new cars. You don't have to enter an actual race. Before A spec free run will not update the used car dealer.

Is it me or does the blinking braking indicator now starts lighting up much earlier than before, and more inconsistently?

I've noticed that the invalidation sections on La Sarthe 2009 have been tweaked. Now, you can't come close to going within the curbs without getting a red time 👍

The interior view now has a wider angle than bumper view. We can now use interior view, and do good lap times. The previous advantage of bumper cam has diminished.

👍 I noticed this too!

I don't know if anyone saw this, as I didn't see it posted here. Now you can see the fuel gauge being filled during a pitstop. Before the patch the fuel indicator remained static and only reflected the refuel operation after the car was released.

I was on Eiger and got the impression that the blinding effect as you exit the tunnel has been reduced. You don't get completely blinded now.

There now is Rain on the Toscana-track-maker-courses. You can't set the track to rain in the Online-options-menu. It just occurs, just like the snow on SSR 7 or the Nurburgring.
The only but of this is, that the reflections as in the rainy rally stages at Toscana are not there. It's just like every other rain track.

Quite awesome, I find this. :D
