Climate change paranoids are more annoying than denialists. Because the worst case scenario isn't the only one. Geez.
I'm pretty sure the "paranoids" don't see climate change as worst case scenario, I'm also pretty sure they're trying to push for the best case scenario...

I'm not talking about scientists who work hard and try to be real.

I'm talking about people who will take the worst scenario that scientists tell, make it even worse and probably add that there is a conspiracy to inhibit climate change data. Basically, people who think that climate change is way bigger than what is usually told.

IIRC we're already past the point of no return, best case scenario is minimizing the effects on the planet and even that looks near impossible.

- Time travel is a terrible plot device.

- I would rather read a book than watch a movie.

Load and ReLoad aren't bad albums. Also, ReLoad is automatically better than Load because Fuel.

I've never understood the dislike for those albums either, sure they're not as good as their 80's stuff but they're both quality albums.

Perhaps unpopular on the Internet, but maybe no so unpopular in every day face to face interactions, but 2016 wasn't a bad year: Leo finally won an Oscar, the Cubs finally won a World Series, and we don't have to live in a world where Hilary Clinton is "leader of the free world". The markets are higher than they've been in a while too, the housing market is back to pre-crash numbers, and automakers are actually making money.

I mean there were some bad things, mainly the killing of Harambe, but overall it wasn't that bad or at least not as bad as the Internet is making it out to me.

I would have to agree. Aside from all them positives you mentioned I judge the year based on my personal experiences, not on matters out of my control.

In 2016 I got married, bought one of my dream bikes, did some jet setting in Europe, spent time in the UK for the first time in years, got an interesting job, only crashed once..etc,.

There are so many interesting things I experienced that I can honestly say 2016 was pretty good for me, but perhaps not for others who only look at the world around them.

Me personally, it's been a fantastic year. Way better than 2015 which was one of the worst year's I had in awhile. So glad this year was the complete opposite of that.

Nothing good happened to me in 2016. Harambe was always a **** and deserved everything he got. Bah. Humbug.
