Out of every wild possibility listed on this thread, the ones that would really get me excited for the car are the TVR Griffith, the Shelby Series One or the C5 Corvette. Unfortunately, they're all most likely wrong guesses. The Ferrari California/Portofino would also be okay, but literally all the remaining predictions would be kinda meh if they turn out to be true. Setting expectations really low for this car, while wishing we could have something like a Mitsubishi FTO instead.

The front of the GR Super Sport is similar. And earlier prototypes didn't have a roof.

It would be the sneakiest move to have the most obvious car below the Gr010.

A bit disappointed at the number of cars and I don’t think anymore this will be the big content update some of us were hoping for. The best they could do in my opinion is to put in Gr.1 & Gr.2 Races, add the 20 or so menu books we saw at Jimmy Fellon and add the feature to sell cars (+ the 3 cars of course), maybe even a new track or track-layout (a real new layout). I would be happy with that right now, but I’m setting my expectations low now.

I'd set them lower than all of that, lol. 3 cars, maybe a race or two. Given they've had a month they MIGHT have fixed the PP calculation. That's all I'm expecting, and even that seems lofty compared to what we've seen from previous updates.

I'd love to finally see the IB/IA/S license content that has been a glaring omission (Gr. 2/Gr. 1 championships, REAL endurance races not this time-tweaked 1hr bs, Redbull events, Lambo Cup, etc, etc) but at this point I'm of the opinion they're going to get GT8 ready ASAP since GT7 failed to be a live service, and the prospect of selling credits flew out the window with the macro/script farming and Tomahawk exploit. Given Sony's new heads have stated they want at least 10 live services that have high recurrent spending by 2023/24 (something like that) I believe there is likely heavy pressure on PD from the Sony bosses to get GT8 ready by 2024/2025. Meaning GT7 would have a skeleton crew (which would explain why we're almost 3mo post-launch and they still haven't fixed the PP calculation)

Hope I'm wrong, but until they prove otherwise it's hard to believe GT7 is actually receiving any substantial support on the development end.

Well... We can predict what this bottom left car is, but I feel it's a VGT.

For sure it's a concept car, and at least a late 2000s one. The drawing of the trunk is too complex to be a past 2000s car. The windscreen of the car looks like it will not pass some security regulations.

So, a concept car from... hummmmmm... hmmm... the shape looks like recent concepts from Jag, Infiniti, Mercedes or Genesis. Of course it will be an other one

I have driven on, IRL, Watkin's Glen, Road America, Mid Ohio, and Putnam Park. Any of the first three would be fabulous in GT7. Putnam is too small, for the most part. The first three are all great tracks, complete with elevation changes and interesting features.
We need more small real tracks to be honest.

And Road America might be coming, pretty sure PD was seen scanning it and it showed up in GT Sport data code.

The modern R8 I can understand as a glaring omission. Since we have two race variants of it. The Audi RS series and non-M3/4 is not really a glaring omission however.

Cars I consider to be glaring omissions?

2nd-gen R8
C1, C5, and C8 Corvettes
992 911 and 1960s 911
Lamborghini Gallardo
Porsche Cayman S (718)
modern Volkswagen Beetle
Lexus SC430
1970 Dodge Charger R/T
3rd-gen Dodge Challenger
2nd-gen Audi TT
Chevrolet Camaro Gr.4
Audi Sport Quattro (road car)
BMW Z4 (E89 and G29)
Porsche 911 GT1 Evo '97
2nd-gen Skyline GT-R (KPGC110)

Why? Because all these cars either have a vast majority of their generations represented in the game and/or have a race or road variant but no road or race variant to compliment it. I mean if PD are really going to go out of their way to get the licenses for these car model line-ups and/or brands then why would they leave out specific models?
I agree with a majority of that list. I also agree that the lack of a modern Audi RS3 or the b4 S4 is kind of mind boggling. Aside from those I think the worst omission is all of the 90’s JDM legends. Especially since there was a remark made saying the series wanted to get back to their Japanese roots.

Some examples:
JZX90/JZX100 Toyota Chaser/MKII
Z30/Z40 Toyota Soarer
MK3 Toyota Supra 2.5 GT (the 1JZ model)
Mitsubishi Evo 3, 7, 8, 9
S14 Nissan Silvia
Civic/Integra Si-R (especially EM1 civic)

You get the point. Just about all of these cars have been in the previous games and that’s not even mentioning various race versions of said cars. This same thing applies to just about every other country that has major manufacturers. They got most of them, but the ones that are missing are seriously loved cars.

Update the game to give me everything in this video…. for my solo play.

0-400 option(single & multiple cars)
Acceleration & top speed results from GT6, not just the measure specs in my garage

It’s not a big asked because, we had certain functions in past games. Kaz said he wants to share what’s coming, but can’t, for some reason. It sounds like a road map they have at the head office. If he doesn’t want to share the “good news”, why mention it? Stay consistent and don’t say a word. Then, we can keep complaining about what we wish we don’t have, instead of wishing For stuff we wish Kaz would have told us, so we can wish in peace.

The game only been out two months and it feels like a long wait for the next game, but we already have it in our consoles! These are crazy times.

Maybe it’s just me but man is it irritating seeing posts of cars which have features clearly not present in the silhouette
And then there is this which I cannot understand how nobody else seems to be able to see.
The yellow is the down edge of the single seat windshield and the red is where the far side of the flat-top is reflecting in the glass curvature.

Although I hadn't picked up on the edge you've drawn in yellow being that exact shape, I do agree that it looks to be a single seater with a single little screen, and flat metal on the far side.

Yeah it does appear to have a windshield that wraps around the side. You can actually see what appears to be the edge of the window itself. I myself agree with you in that it’s a single seater.

What we need is the brand : koenigsegg like koenigsegg one , agera R we also got zonda R allready where is koenigsegg who else miss this🤔🤔
TBH with you, I miss so much in this game, besides some of the car brands there are so many good in the house tracks that need returning...

Concerning JDM cars, some cars are obviously missing, but I hope they managed to keep these cars for future updates.

Because a GT game, from Japan, without a X100 Chaser, Soarer, Evo 8/9 or S14... it's hard.

I'm taking apart the Civic, it's more a world car than a JDM. But the EG Civic is THE Civic where all began (in term of popularity).
In fact, GT7 will add a EG Civic, under the SEMA 2017 GT award winner.

PS: I love the S14... that's why they add S15, and S13, with two S13 version... they play with me, I'm sure they will add the S14...Q's version
