Prepare to be disappointedI'm sticking with my gut on this, it's the Shelby Series 1.View attachment 1153634
it could sneak in as a Gr 3I don’t think PD would add this without first giving it their Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance award.
Literally, the best thing they could add for me. Something similar to 30 mins Le Mans or 1 hour Spa with a decent payout. Give me a reason to buy those cars! The best they could do in my opinion is to put in Gr.1 & Gr.2 Races
I'd set them lower than all of that, lol. 3 cars, maybe a race or two. Given they've had a month they MIGHT have fixed the PP calculation. That's all I'm expecting, and even that seems lofty compared to what we've seen from previous updates.A bit disappointed at the number of cars and I don’t think anymore this will be the big content update some of us were hoping for. The best they could do in my opinion is to put in Gr.1 & Gr.2 Races, add the 20 or so menu books we saw at Jimmy Fellon and add the feature to sell cars (+ the 3 cars of course), maybe even a new track or track-layout (a real new layout). I would be happy with that right now, but I’m setting my expectations low now.
We need more small real tracks to be honest.I have driven on, IRL, Watkin's Glen, Road America, Mid Ohio, and Putnam Park. Any of the first three would be fabulous in GT7. Putnam is too small, for the most part. The first three are all great tracks, complete with elevation changes and interesting features.
I agree with a majority of that list. I also agree that the lack of a modern Audi RS3 or the b4 S4 is kind of mind boggling. Aside from those I think the worst omission is all of the 90’s JDM legends. Especially since there was a remark made saying the series wanted to get back to their Japanese roots. The modern R8 I can understand as a glaring omission. Since we have two race variants of it. The Audi RS series and non-M3/4 is not really a glaring omission however.
Cars I consider to be glaring omissions?
2nd-gen R8
C1, C5, and C8 Corvettes
992 911 and 1960s 911
Lamborghini Gallardo
Porsche Cayman S (718)
modern Volkswagen Beetle
Lexus SC430
1970 Dodge Charger R/T
3rd-gen Dodge Challenger
2nd-gen Audi TT
Chevrolet Camaro Gr.4
Audi Sport Quattro (road car)
BMW Z4 (E89 and G29)
Porsche 911 GT1 Evo '97
2nd-gen Skyline GT-R (KPGC110)
Why? Because all these cars either have a vast majority of their generations represented in the game and/or have a race or road variant but no road or race variant to compliment it. I mean if PD are really going to go out of their way to get the licenses for these car model line-ups and/or brands then why would they leave out specific models?

And then there is this which I cannot understand how nobody else seems to be able to see.Maybe it’s just me but man is it irritating seeing posts of cars which have features clearly not present in the silhouette
Although I hadn't picked up on the edge you've drawn in yellow being that exact shape, I do agree that it looks to be a single seater with a single little screen, and flat metal on the far side. And then there is this which I cannot understand how nobody else seems to be able to see.
The yellow is the down edge of the single seat windshield and the red is where the far side of the flat-top is reflecting in the glass curvature.
Yeah it does appear to have a windshield that wraps around the side. You can actually see what appears to be the edge of the window itself. I myself agree with you in that it’s a single seater. And then there is this which I cannot understand how nobody else seems to be able to see.
The yellow is the down edge of the single seat windshield and the red is where the far side of the flat-top is reflecting in the glass curvature.
TBH with you, I miss so much in this game, besides some of the car brands there are so many good in the house tracks that need returning...What we need is the brand : koenigsegg like koenigsegg one , agera R we also got zonda R allready where is koenigsegg who else miss this🤔🤔
This car has actually been crossing my mind a bit, maybe the silhouette could be a new concept road-going version of it?
Concerning JDM cars, some cars are obviously missing, but I hope they managed to keep these cars for future updates.I agree with a majority of that list. I also agree that the lack of a modern Audi RS3 or the b4 S4 is kind of mind boggling. Aside from those I think the worst omission is all of the 90’s JDM legends. Especially since there was a remark made saying the series wanted to get back to their Japanese roots.
Some examples:
JZX90/JZX100 Toyota Chaser/MKII
Z30/Z40 Toyota Soarer
MK3 Toyota Supra 2.5 GT (the 1JZ model)
Mitsubishi Evo 3, 7, 8, 9
S14 Nissan Silvia
Civic/Integra Si-R (especially EM1 civic)
You get the point. Just about all of these cars have been in the previous games and that’s not even mentioning various race versions of said cars. This same thing applies to just about every other country that has major manufacturers. They got most of them, but the ones that are missing are seriously loved cars.
I can, would you like it if I did?Are you gonna post it for a 5th time too?
Just a thought
