Nobody said that the issue is restricted to the second stint.

If it is a weight issue, the rear tires are getting more weight to move after the first pitstop, so this idea could explain the wear.

Rear tires wear more on an MR car when the tank is in the front!? No.. not twice as much. And what about the screeching rear tires just going down a straight? What about the view bouncing around more? (which it does)

You cannot ignore the other symptoms, but your argument about MR car rear tires going off twice as fast with heavy fuel load (if fuel in front) while front tires remain with same wear, doesn't make sense to me.

I finished the Vettel challenges last night. Quite difficult on a DS3, especially with a laggy TV, but I managed to beat it.

In a slightly unrelated note, I'm a bit surprised that the number of this update is 1.04 instead of 1.05. There was no update 1.04 for GT5, possibly because the Japanese words for "four" and "death" are homophones; I thought they would skip 1.04 in GT6 for that reason.

It's indeed super-easy to get now; the game doesn't even penalize you for cutting across the Eau Rouge in Spa. That didn't stop me from trying to legitimately beat my best times, though. My hype was definitely satisfied from when the X cars were first revealed. So much awesome~

Wait, WHAT!?

Sorry if this has been asked/answered before: Has this new update fixed the issue where it would alter your tune sheet if you made changes to any of the other tune sheets (A,B,C)?

Not entirely sure I understand, but I can confirm Driver Number stays regardless of tune sheet

Thanks for reply. For example if Tune sheet A is tuned to 550pp and you want to make tune sheet B to 650pp and you start changing your setting in tune sheet B, it would totally mess up your Tune sheet A.

I updated GT6 and everything worked well

I don't have more bugs than before, a lot of significant improvements.

I liked Red Bull events, I probably do it again several times. Theses cars are very nice to drive.

I like Corvette Gran Turismo version too but I'm not a fan of the Mercedes VGT.

I hope the other cars VGT will be much nicer

AHH, as in Engine Tuning and Weight reduction, gimme a few

Engine Tuning (STD STG1,2,3)and Weight Reduction are still consistent across all tuning sheets, If you reduce weight or engine on one sheet, it is transferred to all sheets

So we have another change in physic :D But this time it's better for sure! Just tested my R8 LMS Ultra again. In 1.03 it was undriveable and unresponsive. In this update this car drives so much better! My setup from 1.02 works again! It is nasty and responsive as it was in pre-1.03. Generally cars feel more stiff, also i see big change in braking physics, cars have better feel of the road.

Also i got beautiful Corvette ZR-1 C4 '90 for my birthday <3

So, am I the only one amazed at the ambient sound when racing the X2014 standard?

First race on Silverstone, I get out a 15 second lead early on, as the AI is way too cautious. Anyway, there's some distance between myself and the main pack, and the thing I noticed was that despite the noise of my X2014 S's engine, I could crystal clearly hear the other cars screaming around the track, and 2 cars that pulled away downshifting into the next corner, and this is while I'm in another sector of the track. The way the other car's sounds were coming in, echo-ing and dissipating was great, sounded like I was at an actual F1 race. Anyone else notice this effect so strongly?

Perhaps it's just the car, since it's very loud, that's making me notice it more than usual.

That was present before 1.04.
A few days ago I was at Bathurst with a friend of mine, I was somewhere arond "the dipper" watching the sunrise (it was beutifull btw) while my friend was doing laps, I could hear his car from corner two all the way till the chase.
I was realy nice, it gave that race day fealing when you´re getting to the track and you can hear the engines from a distance.

Can anyone answer this (pit stop bug aside:indiff:) I remember an update in GT5 where the wear levels for each car were levelled out. Quite handy for balancing cars for an enduro race with different models. In other words would a car driven by the same driver say a BMW M3 wear at the same rate as a Lexus ISF's if spec'd equally at 591bhp/1420kg for example.

Not always, I noticed (only couple cars I tried) that exhausts, computer etc can be changed and stay different on A B C but engine tuning overrides all of them making A B C the same engine tuning. I haven't had time to test it all.
