VS Racing Series - Series will resume once GT6 arrives!

My PC got done faster than expected. Have no keyboard that connects via USB, so I have to use a on-screen keyboard until tomorrow. Tedious Process writing this .

As mentioned earlier, I am not hosting these races without at least 10 people.

It must be painful typing with an on screen keyboard. But have you tried a PS2 to USB adapter? Useful to keep one spare in case you do have a spare keyboard but has a PS2 connector.

Because I have no interest in hosting another session this evening. There will be other sessions, but for now, the championship isn't looking all that good due to lack of drivers.

Maybe we can persuade m8h3r to advertise this racing series more? I will agree that there is a lack of drivers considering that there are only 4 people signed up.

OP has been updated with countdown timers. I don't know how to get more interest in the event. The only way to get the word out to a lot of people, would be if it was feautured on the News page. Perhaps I could get it feautured in Terronium's Weekly Rewind. I doubt it though.

When is that? Even though I do like to watch Endurance Racing, there is normally something stopping me.

Anyway, I give Far Cry m8h3r's seal of approval. One of my all time favourite games. Haven't been this addicted to a game in a long time. Haven't been able to stop playing all weekend.

Are you talking about Far Cry 3? it's a good game indeed. Part 2 was reasonable, part 1 is the best of the 3 imo. Excellent multiplayer (assault mode FTW! something i really miss in FC3) and a great single player as well. Good ol days .

Well that is great news that possibly we're going to have more than 4 drivers taking part in these races 👍 . It's really lonely doing a race that can take anything up to 2 hours (or more) with so little cars or action going on track.

With a possible increase in interest this comming friday, it's very much possible that some of the dates will need to change in order to accomodate new participants. What date presents a problem?

Important question to current participants. Would it be okay with you all if we move the entire race schedule back 1 week?

This would mean that we'd have races on May 3rd, 5th, 10th and 11th. The starting time for the races would be the same.

The reason for the change is to allow more time for more participants to sign up. I'd also like to clear up May 4th, as I've just found out that the next WEC race (the one on Spa) is held on that date. A race that I very much intend to watch.
