Great time, not sure I will beat you this week! Still haven't had a proper go at this weeks event. I went onto my UCD and there was a 2D so I really want to buy it, but I had no credits so I was grinding nurburgring seasonal for 40 mins before I had to come off hopefully it will still be there tomorow!

Anyway NJ72 we need to discuss next weeks track/ car combo so ping me a PM when you read this and we can get deciding!

Note: I will take everybodys suggestions into account and try to have them one week or another, but again thanks for all the support guys, youre the people who are making this tournament become more popular 👍

That was my first lap out and had a HUGE drift round the first hairpin! lol

Thanks! Wont have a chance to play saturday, might be able to have a quick go friday, so i'll try win another 8M tomorow to buy the 2D if it's still in the UCD, might have time to put in a few laps on laguna after. If the 2D is gone at least I can focus on this weeks event!

You need as many people as possible to send you an F40 and sell them, or do what I did and get a 1970 ticket, just trade for one or make another account!👍

It was the last big money car I needed and I waited weeks and weeks refreshing garage all the time, then I just thought sod it and made another account and had one in less than 45mins (Had to keep loading save data till I got it).
Since I got it I used it once today on the Seasonal TT (Hate using the cheat car though), I also found a wierd thing, in speed test it post its fastest times on Sports Soft tyres!

This makes more sense from a physics point of view. The crapper grade the tyres, the less grip and thus the less rolling friction they would have.

dunno if that is actually programmed into GT5 or not though

That would then mean the reason for faster times on racing softs would be because of the vastly improved acceleration.

but then I dunno. This theory rings true for GTA IV however, if you go to the air strip, shoot out the tires and have a drag race the one without tires is MUCH faster 👍

Ran a handful of laps last night with the wheel, shaved a couple of tenths. Had my mind on attempting the 650pp Nordschleife seasonal though (which didn't go that well)

Haha I am, it is currently in my UCD, I am planning on doing the nurburgring seasonal a lot and golding new TT's. Hopefully it won't have refreshed as it was the first time I checked my UCD in a while yesterday. Anyway keep up the good times guys!

Haha I noticed gave your 330 p4 a quick run on deep forest absolutely awesome car, best looking car by miles and amazing handling and speed. Will try out the other ones you have on there, thanks.

It started out well but then became very inconsistent as I think I tried to push too much and the car does like to, well, drift. I set a mid :29 around lap 10 and it wasn't until lap 19 that I was able to beat it... by a mile. Broke the car 3 times too, including on lap 20.

Have updated the time sheet with all the new times and updates, getting so damned close at the top this week. This is the closest I've seen the leaderboard!

And you just wait 'till next week's combo! You're all gonna love it!

Remember the rule change though, no brake balance adjustments! Having said that, I took the car out for a spin on the track last night and, whilst it's a challenge, it can be very quick.
