Edit: Fixed a mistake on my time and also just got back from Arcade Mode and using the Arcade Mode car to confirm: New time is 2:12:013.

Thanks for putting this up. I ran for about a half hour and had a blast. I bought a new F40 for this.

Other than the car being painted some variant of French Blue and the wheels being swapped out for something better looking, the car was bone stock.

All aids except ABS 1 were turned off. I hit a 2:12:1x.

With some more time and luck, I could scratch 2:11s. I was running close to the ragged edge, but it wouldn't surprise me to see somebody getting into the 2:10s or even 2:09s.

I'm wondering now if the GT Auto wheels gave me an advantage. I'll go back to stock wheels and see later.

@phil, It states that he was using his own car, but then realised and went to arcade mode, so the time should still stand 👍

It says his car is blue and changed wheels!

He thought he did a 2.12.1 but then checked and it was 2.12.013 but he thinks changing his wheels might have gave him an advantage so he will put original ones back on!

Can't do that with Arcade car!

He needs to confirm it was the arcade car before putting his time up, not least because he is ahead of me!

I was on it last night, getting 0.5 up on my ghost at first check then losing it all on second half of lap because I go all giddy and shaky cos I'm ahead, if only I could keep it together lol

Haha, I thought I wouldn't be able to improve 2:15 at first, but just keep going and the first sector is all about the line you drive. What's your sector time for sector one my best was 58.7, yeah week two is only hours away so put your f40 laps in while you can!!

I think I have seen a bit under 59 sec on sector 1. I don´t remember, I get to fixated on the time gap on my ghost. I was +0.067 behind, when I beat my time.
I usally don´t catch sector 2 either, I´m too occupied to line up the car for max speed thru that lefthand highspeed corner.(approxmatly 190 kph/120mph)
May be I´ll try a few laps later tonigh

Not that far off no, but if you knew me, that would have been a fine guess! lol. LOVE that track SO much. It's just such a well balanced track. you can pick two cars of similar performance that have completely different advantages (E.G. top speed for one and cornering another) and it is always a close fight...

Possibly my favourite GT track ever. Original or World Circuit...

I managed to phsh her to 2:13.440 Seriously difficult challenge getting under 2:14 This was the first time I have ever driven in bumper cam mode. From yhe cockpit I cannot break 2:14.

Looks like I need to build a full cockpit around my seat rig now. Bumper cam is like crack.

haha, nicely done man. I have to say, I'm a bumper cam driver... For speed anyways, when i'm driving for fun I tend to use cockpit...

Can you please post your time with all the other info? otherwise it wont end up in the time sheet as I cant add it without the other stuffs
