While I absolutely appreciate the weeklies as they add something to do, I must say that they have almost no appeal for someone who has all the cars and is not grinding towards something. (That's me)

I will drive the special event as I always do, but the other races I don't see the point (for me)

IMO it should be 5 unique and NEW races each week.

I know making stuff takes time and yadda yadda, but it takes me under 5 minutes to set up a custom race.
Not saying that it takes PD 5 mins to craft a special event, but I don't believe it takes them a week either.

Anyway - I know the weeklies are great money makers, but I wish they were a bit more.

It’s why it should mimic Sport Mode races. PD know the World Circuit players aren’t going to use Sport Mode. So, bring Sport Mode races to World Circuit events. Also, make the “Special Event” a one hour race for 1,000,000. I mean rehash the dang Good Humour Mission races, if they’re going to reuse the Spa 24-1 hour.

Used these cars, first 4 events were the suggested car for those races.
The Radical race was enjoyable and the only one where I didn't get first.

But the Daily ticket gave me a Alfa Gr.3 road car and the 5 star a Jag VGT, so 2 cars I haven't had to go spend money on!

Good to see Radicals make a return, was amazing fun at Road Atlanta, at least this gives me an excuse to buy suspension for it and make it a little less unstable. Advice on WTC 900? Thinking of running the LM55 VGT detuned to 900, might be a better choice than removing the restrictor and ballast on my 787B (don't have many cars above 800 besides a trio of Group C cars and the LM55 VGT)

Too Late, but thanks for the tip
We put this exact information in the article we write each week for the Weekly Challenges. The note about how to access the X2019 race was in last week's article - and a similar one about how to access the WTC900 race is in this week's article.
So this is refreshed every Friday?
Again, this is noted in the article every week.

The Weekly Challenges update at 0000 on your console on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

This weeks lucky cars are.

That amg black series is a really great car fast, great handling, and just feels great.
The last race I went with the gr010 but boy what a hand full.👍
Also on that last race how unfair is it to start you 40 seconds back.

And last the 5* ticket stuff was somewhat nice this time around.:)

Did it the last week, training for the X2019 race. Definetly the LM55 is an easy choice, just a touch of engine mapping (2 or three, depending on your driving) can go full race without stopping, winning easily on hard difficulty.

Great. Now I have to get a Radical again.

I hope we can get a Lamborghini special event or something like that in the future.

Not to sound cynical, but this looks like a three race week. I really don't need or want another manufacturer invitation or upgrade for a car I don't own. L3 weight reduction for the Fiat 500- oooooh!

Done and dusted but PD is being cheap this week! 5 events with CRB = 481.5k + 100k ticket + 200k ticket = 781.5k with a 5* ticket giving me 100k and the 3* DW ticket giving me 10k. 891,500 credits total plus the two million I got today from the TT and I was still short to buy the Miura that I need from the LD.

Five stars ticket if we complete all events? Come on GT7, we are gamers not stupid. After so many years GT7 came out they are still stuck in the early days of the game, they still want to give us few credits hoping we spend real money to buy credits online. Come on.

These were the cars I used for this week's challenges.

The Radical race was pretty fun, the Audi was a riot around the Nurburgring, and the MP4/4 was perhaps overkill, but still fun in VR.

I lucked out and didn't get the shaft from the 5-star ticket. Got a Nissan GT-R Gr.3 car that I didn't have.

Saved me 450k, so that's alright.

GTPlanet has a front page? 😉

Thanks.

Just used this beauty to win the Trial Mountain 900 on racing hard tyres. It's massively faster than the GT500s down the straights. You just need to be careful on laps 5 and 10 with how quickly the rears go on the Valkyrie.

In the Linux community, when you ask questions to which you could have found the solution yourself easily if you had just tried, you will sometimes receive an answer consisting of just 4 letters: RTFM

So, yes, I guess what @Famine is trying to say, in a rather polite way, is "RTFA"!
But in Linux you know there is a manual. Random GT7 player does not know about the articles on GTPlanet (and a good chunk of the members of the forum don't know either😅 )

The answers are usually not just in the articles but also here, in the forums. The question about events not beeing available has been answered so often over the last weeks and still ppl start new threads about this instead of checking if there maybe is already a solution for their problem.

RTFM, in a wider sense, also means "Don't be lazy and look for the solution yourself, it's out there and it's not hard to find".

Got only 100.000 from the five star ticket. Disappointing outcome for this week.
Need money to buy one of the legendary cars with the 3-4 mio. price tag.

Man the Radiacal SR3 is so much fun, especially in VR! Every time I use VR it just amazes me how good it is. Feels like I’m really at Deep Forest and the open view makes it 10x better! After I crossed the finish line and saw my team celebrating on the wall I raised my arms up in cerebration! 😂 The GR.2 race with the NSX was also awesome the interior of the car was so cool! From my ticket I got a GR.4 GT-R that I didn’t have so that saved me a nice 350K.
