What did you do in GT7 today?

Finally got the CLK. The last car I really wanted. I guess in a way, it’s game over for me.
Me too! It was so satisfying to purchase this vehicle - a real gem of a car. I'm up to 438/442 cars collected so will continue grinding in the meantime. I am hopeful 1-2 cars I need will show up later this week to increase my car collection.

On Tuesday, I had won Daily Race A three times. After that, I created two car liveries, both of which were imported from GT Sport.

I doubled my collection of Aston Martins by buying the DB3S.

Did some more laps in the MP4/4 for the online time trial at Suzuka, and seemingly made some progress on breaking into silver range. I think the last time I checked, my time was off the best by about 6.05%, which is at least one whole percent better than the time I had before today. I then won a four-star ticket, and netted a racing crankshaft for the Ferrari F8 Tributo, so that's nice.

Doing some practice for an online race some fellow racers and I have going on this weekend.

Question running different tire compounds...and pitting the game only lets you change the front tires it seems. Is there a way to have different tires types/compounds changed in the pit for rear and front? Im sure this was asked so long ago but I mustve missed it

So, been away for the last 2 weeks. Not been online with GT7. Updated to 1.23. Ran LeMans, won, game crashed. Seen online it's happening to PS4. I'm on PS4. Hey ho.
Took the Hyundai N 2025 VGT gr1 to Spa. Obviously, only power restrictor, ballast and Aero affected the PP. Got it to 799 and only purchased tyres. This car is a great drive. FM1 all the way. Pitted at the end of lap 14 for tyres and fuel. Didn't rain until 35 minutes in. Lapped 2nd & 3rd twice. All the rest, 3 times. Easy. Game crashed. Still, got the credits & 4 star daily workout Ticket of dispondency which revealed a racing crankshaft for the Greddy Fugu Zzzzz.
Caught up with Luca at the Cafe to relieve him of my Porsche menu ticket. 6 star ticket gave a high lift camshaft for a Delorean 😢. Completed the Silvia Sisters(nice girls, those sisters) menu. Gained an Escudo engine.
So, all in all, not the greatest day in GT7 land if I'm honest. Hopefully, today's maintenance will sort the crash bug.
Until then, ACC it is.
Tata for now🖐️

Edited for spelling

On the Plus account, I took the M6 Sprint to Sardegna. It almost has enough fuel economy for 6 laps on FM 1, but the tires won't last 9 laps. Still, it's capable of doing the race in 27:01. I hit the jackpot on the 6-star marathon roulette - 1,000,000 Cr., which allowed me to get the Peugeot L750R and the hardtop Porsche VGT.

On the GTP account, I took the DBR9 out for a clubbing. I could have done a 9-lap stint on the tires, but I decided to change them on the 2nd stop as well. The 4-star workout roulette gave me something worthwhile - the 2020 AMG Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series.

Picked up the CLK, used Praiano's tune at Sardegna. It pushes a bit, but fast. I't'll be better when I learn how to drive it.

I also retuned the A220, using Praiano's tune, for LeMans. It got it's speed back,(200mph on FM1). Had 2 dry races in a row.

The wheel gave me some junk sports camshaft. I don't even pay attention to parts like that. I'd rather have 5k credits.

Purchased the 1938 Alfa from the Hagerty Dealership.

439/442 cars acquired. 😊

I managed to do 2x Le Mans races for 1.65m credits too. I'll need to do lots more grinding though...

Bought the 20 mil Alfa. Credits down to 79 mil.

Guess I have to grind again, still have to spend 54 mil for the rest of the legendary cars.

Waited for 1.24 to finish copying to the OG White Destiny PS4. I’ll also saw the fastest Sardines Grind in history!

If you have 79m credits and only need 54m to spend on legendary cars, why do you need to grind?

Realized I haven't driven the Castrol Supra since I did the "finale" way back when, and fixed that with a 20 lap run around Suzuka. Guess I've been so busy in making my own bootleg Gr.3 cars that I completely forgot I had one of the best in the class right there in my garage.

A good few races at Le Mans and 2 at Tokyo in the pocket rocket Capuccino. Needed a few mill for the 917k, But spent some on crap cars lol , More races tonight is the plan.

On the GTP account, after doing everything but adding nitrous to the Mazda touring car...and failing to make it competitive at Tokyo, I brought back Old Reliable; the Franken-zilla R33, now with a bit more power and a bit more rearward bias on the diff. The added power almost meant I couldn't do 9 laps on FM1, but some fuel saving got me to the pits with just enough fuel to allow a normal win. The no-cash 4-star Wheel of Despair gave a completely worthless Aston Martin invite.

On the Plus account, I took the Mercedes-AMG GT S to Tokyo. It would have been a very close race, but Gallo, who did his 2nd pit stop on lap 8 at the same time I did my single stop, came back down on lap 11. Stop me if you heard this one before - the no-cash 4-star Wheel of despair gave a completely worthless invite, this time for Bugatti, which extended the existing one from 9/12 and marking the 4th Bugatti invite from a Wheel of Despair. I did have enough to get the fresh-to-Hagerty's Ferrari 365 GTB4 and the Porsche Spyder VGT.

Purchased the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (W194) '52 - (Cr. 20,000,000) from the LCD.

440/442 cars acquired. I had over 40m credits a few days ago but now just 1.5m with the last two cars I need equating to 29.5m cr and likely to be available soon.

Did some very late night grinding. Up to 3.4m credits so 26.6m credits to go!

Technically it was yesterday , finally decided to try " Circuit Expierence " Le Mans . Surpised myself by getting all Gold and smashing my full lap time was for gold a 2min 18 sec requirement , did it by 0.8 sec , doesn't sound a lot but my normal lap times in the same car with a setup was around the 2mins 23secs this was a sub 2 min 18 sec lap .

So I learnt something as in the first 3 corners to the porsche curves you can take flat out with no lift , seems i've been doing this wrong for years an years :dunce:

That CE is a lot easier than people think. You're right you can take the first few corners flat out if you're good. I don't remember taking them flat out but easing up on the throttle. The rest of the track is all about taking corners nicely otherwise it's really easy once you learn where to brake.
