What did you do in GT7 today?

Well, I’ve played sporadically over the last 24 hours, it’s nearly midnight so I figured I’ll get a post in before I start this current session :P

Lots and lots of Tokyo in the Audi Sport Pikes Peak!
Probably did 8 or so sessions,
Best lap was a 2:00.990
Best time was a 24:14.xxx

I spent all those credits clearing out the LD.
I have 5,690,753cr right now so I’m gonna do some circuit experiences.
Hopefully I can snap up the expensive Ferrari before it’s sold out!

I got a little playing time last night, so I went and bought 2 more 2.7RSs, one for a rally livery replica and the other to keep stock. I might buy a few more to make some custom grids. I did a few laps in the new GT3 time trial as well. I need to do some tuning to it to improve as I am only .006 from dropping out of silver.

Getting back into it after several months of very sporadic playing, I scored a 6-star parts ticket from the daily grind which produced a stage 5 weight reduction for the C7 ZR-1. That's another car that's just been sitting around untouched, so after whacking that upgrade in and adding a couple more parts I have a new project to work on, and since the engine is already got tons of power it's ironically one of my lowest costing projects too as I won't have to do anything to that part of it.

A couple passes in the American 700 race at Watkins Glen helped dial in the suspension and made back all the money I spent (70k for that short race is really easy money), so this might end up being my new money printer since the Glen is a much less boring experience than Tokyo to me, so I can bother to run more laps there.

Next up might be building some more cars for the lower end championships, since I do like running those and having more options in the 400-600 range is always a good thing.

Today I bought 3 more fxxk for a full grid like the p1 gtr and I also bought one more enzo to have 10 enzo and 10 lafarri.

You never know I may never see the ferrari invite again so.:)

Also did the math to how many Tokyo one would have to do for 100M and its 122 times. I'm gonna try that next time I spend all my credits.

At first I took the A220 to Sardegna but it seems like the brakes aren't the greatest which is strange because that's not a problem at LeMans so I will have to work on a useful tune for Sardegna for it. So after a couple crashes because I didn't use the brakes in time I switched to the 787b. I had a really good 13 laps but that last two laps were pure trash. I think the game had pity on me for the last two laps so I got a 6* ticket which gave 500k Cr. I bought a 2nd Venono and maxed it out created a livery then I took it to Laguna Seca for a couple laps. Very well balanced car that is super quick. After driving at Laguna Seca I realized I to take it to a different track to let it stretch it's legs so to speak.

Not GT7, but also nice: Group C at Spa Classic

Tried to do correct things at Nurb TT... hit Barry-R twice which resulted in an excruciating 3s penalty with the penalty line so well situated, and on the next lap did a 360 around half of the track, ok, let's do something else...

Went on Sardegna for a grind with the Audi RS5, won my 725k Cr. easily with decent laps, most of them in 1'40 or 1'39 (FM6)

It gave me some credits to get gloser to the 12.5M I'll soon need for the last legendary car I need for the trophy

Got a 5* ticket (rare occurence), which ended up in a 787B engine 😑which I already have at least one on the shelves of the garage.

On the GTP account, I added some rear wing to the Honda NSX Gr.B and sent it to Sarthe as I went to Sardegna by mistake yesterday. It helped a bit with the oversteer...in the dry at least. The race was incredibly wet, and I spun multiple times on my way to a 6-lap stomping.

The cashless 5-star Wheel of Despair was completely useless, spewing out a Ferrari invite. Never mind that I bought all the invite cars I could ever want last year.

On the Plus account, I took the Renault R.S.01 GT3 to Sardegna. The only things remarkable about it are it has 7 gears, will go 6 laps on fuel, and will go at least 9 laps and possibly all 15 on 1 set of tires. Fortunately, Fraga was a non-factor as a 2-tire-change 26:54 (fast lap 1:42.3) was good enough for an easy win.

The 4-star Wheel of Despair was almost as useless here, puking up a racing camshaft for the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. At least it wasn't an invite or a completely-useless part.

Did two laps of the new GR3 time trial but even with a clean lap i was 5 seconds outside the bronze time! No 250k for me on this one. Luckily, I've got 250k lined up safe on the other event.

5* ticket gave me titanium bits for a MacLaren. No idea if that's any use as I don't own the car yet...

Running a practice room for Monday night racing league. (With that done and a mile got from it.....🤔)

Bought the 300SL I have been wanting just to have.
Now, do I bust myself up to get the Barker Tourer? Yeah, probably. I have a thing for old and useless 😁

To the grind!!!

Drove my stock Nissan Silvia S15 around Catalunya, my tuned Challenger around Interlagos, my tuned ND MX-5 around Kyoto Driving Park, my stock FD RX-7 around Bathurst and my newly-purchased NSX GT500 '08 around Autopolis because I'm getting sick of Fuji Speedway. Much better car in this game compared to GT Sport.

Let me guess you gonna do this in one session. It will only take about 48 hrs.😁 But I am confident in you bruh. Do it for us little people 😁

I took the R92CP to Sardegna. Got a 4 * ticket and got a cam shaft for Z 23 which I thought I didn't have so I went to buy I was surprised I did. So I equipped the cam shafts and the car to GT Auto to paint it and such but I couldn't figure what I wanted to do so I left it alone.

Today? Made an attempt at a sub 7 min lap with a(nother) 600 pp road car on the Nordschleife. This time: Radical not radical enough… Not yet.

20 sec and a bit off target. More power and straight line speed needed. Will require new set up on harder compound tires.

Daily roulette did award 500.000 from a three star ticket though. :)

After 2 C-sections netting one GT7 racer, a second that I'm sure will be and, my lovely daughter; I elect to spend my Mother's day on my butt with a pet 🐍, ☕️ & 🍺. All in a effort to get a Geezer from 1929.

Negative feedback regarding this matter can be left in the floating bin below. Have a good day. 🙂

Also, cleaning out the tickets in the pantry:

Today's 4* = $30k

5/4s 6* (parts) = Ti rods for 2021 BRZ S

5/5s 5* = LS9 (in storage for hopefully additional cars to be used in)

5/9s 6* (engine) = Ford test car engine (in storage as spare for test car or (hopefully) to put in '65 GT 350.

5/12s 6* = $500k

__^ Dailys
__v Menus

4/29 6* (engine) LS7 from BRZ drift car (in storage hoping for a GM to put it in)

5/3 5* = Atenza Gr3

(Ever have a day where you can not seem to drive for 💩? Yeah, it's one of those days)
Finally won one. The uptick in dry weather is throwing me off.

So said that^ and the rain came back hard. Got stuck in it and restarted rain. Weird thing is, there was still rain on my car? That's new.

Sitrap, it almost 10pm here. I started at 10am. I have 9.1M of the 13M goal. I have not moved in hours for anything and my mind is turning to pudding 🙃 Got to love the grind 😤 💪

11pm: 10.8M - 404 error, brian not found. Contact tech support 😵

1. Grab the Cr. 1.000.000 from my silver medal at Fuji (very surprised but honoured) 🥈

2. Get the bronze at my 2nd attemp on Nurb' with the BRZ GT300. Many errors but no penalties. Wonder how human drivers can score in silver

3. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Alpine VGT '17 (value Cr. 1.000.000) 🥰

Did ST Croix with SF23 Honda as per menu task and finished first at first attempt with 1.2 second lead on hard tyres and no pit stop.
Controller, automatic gears, no assists but easy mode.
OK, say that's easy but I am 77 so do I get any 'well dones' ?
Well done 👍 everyone plays at their own level and should make their own targets.

And congrats at being the perfect age, we've finally found the person this thread was made for ... :D

I started using up some of my gifted parts on both the GTP and Plus accounts yesterday after I posted the daily update. Today, on the Plus account, I continued the Gr.4 retest at Sarthe with the Ford Mustang Gr.4. It doesn't have the high-end punch of most of the other cars, and it won't go 4 laps on fuel, but it will turn a 4:21.9 lap, which along with strategically-placed rain, allowed me an easy win.

The 4-star marathon roulette gave titianium connecting rods/pistons for the GT by Citroen road car, which I put into the duplicate that received the (useless because it had racing brakes) carbon brakes yesterday. That took it over 600 PP, which if I were still grinding the wet Tokyo WTC 600 race, would be bothersome.

On the GTP account, after finding the Peugeot 205 too tail-happy at Sarthe, I grabbed a @praiano63 tune for the 1973 BMW 3.0 CSL and returned. It is as good as he says - I turned a 3:59.0 lap before the rain came, heavy enough that I could have done just 6 laps. Instead, despite spinning twice in the wet, I went for 7 and lapped the bottom 4 cars on the track.

The 3-star Wheel of Despair (I see it's this account's turn to get an excessive amount of 3-stars) at least gave something decent - the Gr.3 version of the Peugeot VGT. As I already had the 1 I need, I dumped it for 300,780 Cr.

The 7 pm (CDT) Gazoo Cup race wasn't too great - I qualified 11th while trying to sandbag, and plenty of mistakes had me finishing 7th. At least my SR went up to A after 2 online races.

I forgot to mention that as the base 1989 BMW M3 showed up in the UCD, I bought 4 for future engine purposes, widening 2 of them.

Good job and don't worry about what difficulty you play on, playing on easy doesn't make your game any less then someone playing on hard having fun is the important thing.

Fully agree.:)
