So with the new payouts I discovered you can take a Tomahawk S VGT get it under 800pp do two races at the Sardegna WTC800 and earn over 1.5 Million Cr a hour with the Clean Race Bonus . I think I maybe topping up my Cr quite a lot ;)
I was trying that also. Can you send me a message with your settings on it?

I've treat myself to a 911 RSR. Now have both that, and the GT4 for my online racing needs.

911 RSR is really fun to drive on Daily Race B and I've dropped a whole second from my lap time in the 650S. Nothing mega but I'm happy with my 1:31.182!

Spent a while still trying to do the final drift challenge at Tsukuba. Increased my best from 4300 to 5033, took me ages to get 4920, a while later I got 4921 then eventually I got I've 5k. I'm leaving it off until tomorrow now as it annoys me. Can't stand these drifting challenges so just want to get them over and done with so I can get in with everything else which I like

Just swept the Circuit Experience challenges in the Americas with all gold. Trial Mountain and Willow Springs were definitely the hardest for me to gold.

Credits count is up to 37,508,800 now

I did a few things today;

  • Claimed all the Circuit Experience that i already had bronze/silver and gold. And did a few more.
  • Did 1 Endurance Race from The Human Comedy, Kyoto Driving Park. With the Mazda RX-7 GT-X. Finished 1st.
  • Did the new race on Circuit de la Sarthe with the McLaren 650S. Comfortably finished 1st.
  • Did the new race on Sardegna Road Track a couple of times and with different cars. This event is probably my go to when i have nothing else to do. It's a fun track and not that hard to finish 1st on.
Finished the day with 900+ km's.

Really excited to grind more, i ordered my first ever steering wheel and it should arrive tomorrow.. :):)Logitech G29. Also with the Logitech driving force shifter. It was a bundle for €314,- So i thought to myself why not right!

Looks like I am going to have some problems later when I get on. MR2, 02 Viper, 240, 22B and some other cars? I need some credits quick. Guess I got do a few circuit experiences to get my creds up

Spent nearly 60km on the first sector of Nurburgring CE, to no avail... just did better times than before but not even enough to get silver... learn a bit in the process but I need to find more than 1s in that sector.

Did sector 2 and 3 next, with gold and silver if my memory is good, not easy but much more than sector 1.

Did sector 11 too, where I discovered that it is possible to go full throttle much farther than I thought, enough to get silver but I am too sluggish in the final slow corners to reach gold at the moment

Ended up doing nearly 100km on CE, with little progress, but still... learnt to pass some cornerss full throttle where I used to lift if not brake.

No big credits by silvering a few sectors.

Gained a 2 stars ticket but it did not show up, I found it afterward in the garage. 3 cars on it !! plus 2 piles of cash, got the smallest one, which was a 30k, not bad for a 2 stars, as I am more used to 4 stars giving 5k...

Did the SSRX clubman race twice to get my daily, got a 4-star ticket which awarded me an invite to Lamborghini. Let me just start by saying that I am a poor person in the game with only 300k and no incentive to grind, so the Lamborghini invite car(s) are not something I really care about yet. I would've rather had the 30k chump change as that would've been put to better use. Oh well, always tomorrow I guess.

Went back to it after the wife went to bed, managed after another shed load of goes to get 5411. Hit 5248 early on then couldn't get near 5000 again for about 40 minutes so did a couple of quick races and went back to it. Finally at last, I don't need to do anymore drifts and if Kaz introduces more into the game I'm going to shove my wheelstand pro sideways up his rectum.

Today I woke up and got caught by surprise.
A new update 😁
Very nice.
I bought some Cars, watched them in all their Glory and took some of them out for a ride.
God I love this Game.
The Cars are just beautiful. So so beautiful 🥰
I also did some time trial for the upcoming GTWS Manufacturers Cup, I love the Tokio Layouts.
After that I enjoyed watching some of my Replays. No one was at home so I pumped up the Volume, puh, phenomenal. Quality Stuff.
And of course I did some of the most profitable Races, the one in Tokio and the other one at La Sarthe.
Earned me some good bag of Cash which, of course, didn’t last long because…well you know, I love them Cars 😅

Pretty active day again after not doing much the last 1-2 weeks :

  • install update 1.11
  • thumbs up for the increased LCD and UCD sizes
  • looked at new racing payouts, not sure what’s best to do now but I don’t think it will be tomahawk trial mountain cups anymore.
  • since I had 1 mill Cr. in the bank and didn’t get the CLK-LM yet, I’ve spent my entire evening getting bronze on most circuit experiences, to the point i grinded 5 mill Cr. extra and the CLK-LM is mine now. The reason I took this over the DB3S, 300 SL, or F1 GTR (3 cars I prefer more) is because it was the only car in the LCD that was limited stock and might be gone tomorrow. I’ll have to check each day which cars switch to limited stock and if I want them or not. Luckily it’s weekend soon, I guess I’ll be grinding quite a bit.
Aah yeah, I bought that Toyota Sport 800 as well. There are a bunch of other new cars from UCD I want as well (22B, MR-GT, Diablo, …) but I first focussed on the CLK-LM.

Today I:
-Finished P2, 186 pts at Nations Cup Test Season 2 rd.4
-Did a bunch of new circuit experiences and golded them, collected the rewards from the already golded ones
-Bought F1 GTR, CLK LM and DB3S
-Planning to save the rest of one time track exp credits (18-19M still out there) and driving missions one time credits for something really epic. Like say a Ferrari 250 GTO, or Porsche 917K reappearing.

I did the new Le Mans race which was a total snooze fest. I used my GR.3 Lexus and set the gears to max 240 kph to get below the PP limit. Still fast enough to keep up on the straight, one pit stop, won with 2 minute lead.

Then Tokyo, the complete opposite wow. Is it a showcase of how bad the AI cheats? First attempt I used the Atenza, starting on Intermediates, no good. Gimping it to fit the limit it only went 240 on the straight. So I pass a bunch of cars on the wiggly side, then they all blast past me again on the straight  To finish it off the AI punted me in the final turn, so hard my I had to limp to the line with engine, spoiler and wheel damage. The AI just drove off of course. The intermediates were mostly gone after 6 laps so had to pit for RH, fuel no issue, too much of it.

So I switched to the GTR-17 since the AI won with it. That needed a lot of downgrading as well

SH it is, 285 kph on the straight, try not to get murdered by the AI on the wiggly side since they have much better grip in the rain and will punch a nose in whenever they get a chance. (Odd thing, changing the clutch and flywheel to normal raises PP)

The AI was still faster on the straight as well but pits twice. V. Gallo still made up a bunch of time, frigging cheat.

That was my third attempt, second was ruined by the AI pushing me into the wall for a 5 sec crippling penalty.

825K reward, at least it was worth it. Still 41 million left to grind

Did the Tsukuba and BMB Circuit Experiences. BMB was easy as expected, but Tsukuba was much harder than I thought it would be. With a little bit of drink, swearing, and some odd 20 tries I was able to get gold on all of it, even got as far as 3rd ranking on my friends list. Not bad. Oh and of course with the all gold reward I am now sitting a little over a million cr.

I'm back in the millionaire club, baby! 😎

Stopped playing again, because lower power cars still have nothing to do. Nothing below 400PP, barely anything between 400 and 600.

This is what happens with such a low variety of races. Many cars have nothing to do. The mid-range is okay, but low and high have nothing or next to nothing. No Gr.2 or Gr.1 races. All races range between 400PP and 800PP. And custom races won't let me afford the variety of cars I'd like to keep driving.

I'm tired of needing to upgrade my cheap cars just to do the Sunday Cup, because they have nothing else to do. Those races get old.

Back to waiting for the game to be finished, I guess. At this rate it's going to be... a couple years! Let's hope PD picks up the pace.

A bit of a shocker today having decided to put the Nations Cup Scirocco race on my agenda for my day off.

I only planned to enter one race, first attempt at 1800 was cancelled thanks to a black screen for a good 12-15 minutes (I would later learn that this can happen and the event can still go ahead, more on that later). So I waited, second attempt... 1900. I thought I'd be leaving the house by now.

My quali session got ruined by a clever dick who thought it was a good idea to carry on 'racing' after he'd hit the gravel in front of me. I tried to pass and get clear of him but he battled me. Luckily I managed to restart with enough time for one flying lap, hardly ideal, and my temperature and blood pressure were well up by now. So much in fact that I completely choked the launch from P6, forgetting the controls as the lights went green. I continued the sabotage for the duration of the race and finished dead last.

At least my final attempt was successful, to an extent. I was one of 9 suckers with enough patience to sit through the black screen and deliver a decent contest, finishing 3rd.

Wahey! I celebrated with a takeaway, but I never did go and meet my friends.

-Collected my money from the circuit experiences.
-Bought the Mercedes CLK-LM and drove it at Spa.
-Bought the McLaren F1 GT-R and drove it at Trail Mountain.
-Bought the Nissan 240ZG, modified and drove it at Maggiore.
-Bought the Diablo GT and drove it at Suzuka.
-Bought the Lancia Delta Integrale.
-Bought the Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A, modified it, put the 4-rotor in and drove it at Kyoto. Mad fun.

Currently considering my life choices as I have to do café no 26 and need to buy a stupid Ford Raptor just for that (and I'll be receiving another one in the process)....

😑
If you buy the raptor is in your collection and you won't have to run that race that has the raptor as a prize.

I ran 3 of the hour races, won 2 and on the third, I didn't read the description first and was leading the race when it started to rain so I pitted in for tires and realized I haven't yet bought any rain tires for that car. Then my wife got home and it was her turn to play. My day was done. Lol.
I bought tires and will run that race again tomorrow.

That's my biggest gripe about this game..........wives. They ruin it wanting to watch some inanely dull programme about homes or small spaces or worse still bloody love island. It's ridiculous they can't be happy watching me swear at the TV exclaiming how much I feckin hate drift challenges for a few hours.

Did another hour at Laguna Seca trying to gold the full lap. Didn't improve my time, still three tenths off gold. I hate the Viper Gr.4. And I thought I was good at LS but obviously not. Hardest thing I've tried in the game so far.
Became rich off the CE I have done already, bought the CLKGTR, then did a 20 lap time trial at Trial Mountain. Epic. Epic. Epic!!!

Today will be a good day, the wife is at work for 12.5hrs and I am off. I'll spend most of it doing the mission challenges. If I get them all done (should fly through them now I've done all the drift buggers) I'll either do some circuit experiences or I'll do a few of the various track races.
I'm not overly bothered about piling on the cash just yet so could be either or

Well I tried again today to find something worth doing in GT7. I failed. Having done all the licence test, and all 39 menu books, in less than a week, I've been looking at what's left in the game. I don't play online and I find the rest of the game to have very limited interest for me.

I need an organised offline mode which has groups of races, such as Gr1, Gr2, Gr3 and Gr4, for instance. Given the unbelievably low prize money in GT7, collecting those cars would take a bit of doing.

So for me, GT7 is over for now. If they bring in a decent offline mode in a future update, I'll get the disc out again and have another go. Until then, the disc is going back in the cupboard and I'll be putting the GT Sport disc back in the PS4. I've played GT Sport every day since they added a decent offline mode, with the exception of 3 days I had in hospital after a heart attack. So it has given me years of pleasure which I can't see happening with the current version of GT7.

I really hope they eventually add in a decent offline mode.
Bought the Diablo what a noise it’s like a tiger roaring
