You will have numerous options. Your budget, building skills many other factors will impact which design you choose. Here are a few choices. Also you could go with a simple milk crate to an elaborate base made from 80/20 aluminum . you may also want to check out this link for ideas. The picture below of the white base. I forgot where I downloaded from so I am unable to give proper credit, sorry.

i sold my g27 and wheel stand pro as i disliked the centre bar. i have recently purchased the t300rs so iam looking for a stand. looking at the omega but can people recommend something thats really sturdy like the wheel stand pro is. no centre bar though and no seat rigs please. thanks people

Below is a list of some stands with no center post which people have reviewed and each has some positive attributes. You did not mention your budget or if you need to collapse the rig daily, so the list covers a wide margin. Be careful of shipping costs and any import duties or taxes. Also when looking for your new rig, make sure there is sufficient room for the pedals. Did you keep the G27 pedals ? From what i have read this is a common modification due to the fact the pedals on the T300rs are the wink link. The adapter cost apx $20.00 US.

If anyone else has some ideas, jump in and share your thoughts.

You guys know which F1 seat is better from Playseat or Rseat ? from the quality and driver position the guys from playseat say its 100% like in a f1 car its on the Rseat seat the same ? I must say the Rseat f1 looks nicer than the playseat

Here is a link I found regarding F1 seating. Your two rigs are listed as well as some other great DIY rigs. Amazing design talent. Maybe you have the talent to build your own rig.

Full review can be found here for the RSeat F1.

That RSeat F1 does look nicer and more sturdy than the Playseat.

Do you have a monitor stand? With this high end rig , 3 screen set up is almost mandatory to enjoy the full benefit of F1 seating.

I know there was a couple of members who purchased the Rseat version and received broken fiberglass pieces. Not sure how they where resolved or if its still an issue, but something maybe to check into.

Just added a new rig to the list. Something completely different. A design even your wife or girlfriend would approve. Of course to make them happy you have to spend the money and this rig is not cheap, We are talking north of $4,000. US.

I have see the video it really looks amazing, the only thing i dont like is it looks very comfortable and the seat position is a bit high, on the playseat it looks very uncomfortable and you seat almost on the ground like in the real f1

I have only one monitor 28 inch but i might get soon 2 more

does someone update the lists/ links initially posted? some are out of business/ non existent and etc...just curious.

I try to update the list and links. I will not lie but has been a while since i have clicked every single link to ensure a properly working link. Sometimes real life just gets in the way of my fantasy driving career.

If you find one that is wrong or no longer valid, just list it and I will make the proper corrections. Also if you find something you feel should be added just list the link. Works both ways.

A great BIG THANK YOU to @rocafella1978 . The list has been updated. The dead wood has been cleared. If anyone feels the following sites were deleted by error , please provide a working address and i will promptly add them back to the list.

Again THANK YOU @rocafella1978

i still cant make my mind up for my t300 stand. the omega seems the best option for people who dont want the middle bar, do others agree ?

I have a GT Omega wheel stand with the shifter mount but I'm looking to buy the rear frame now with the sliders in the link below. Has anyone on here done this or know if its sturdy enough. Also, I've heard the gt omega seats aren't the most comfortable so I'm thinking about getting a seat from a car of some sort but was wondering if the rear frame would take most car seats. More than likely going to try get a seat from a Type R civic. Thanks in advance for any advice.

probably ordering this myself in a bit, i was thinking with a car seat aswell. what do you reckon to the omega stand ? i hear its really sturdy anyway. iam thinking the rear frame with a seat will add more stability

I think its a really well built stand, and i have the T500RS which is probably as heavy a wheel as you're going to get. I was thinking that the rear frame will more than likely add even more stability, so it should be a pretty solid rig once complete. I just haven't been able to find much online in terms of reviews for the addition of the rear frame. Do you think it'll be able to take most seats then if you get the frame and sliders?

Forgot to post the link to the frame in the original post

iam not sure to be honest.give it a go, perhaps you may need to make some minor alterations to base of the seat. have you considered getting an actual racing seat like a recaro ? expensive ish but extremely comfortable.

I have thought about it but I've kind of had my heart set on ripping a seat out of a Type R for some reason. Im relocating soon and as soon as i've moved in i'll be ordering it but wont have any tools with me for adjustments and i'll need it to work instantly for pcars.

After a bit more research, it seems its going to be too annoying to try get a seat to fit and it'll require a mod of some description. What seats where you thinking on fitting, shoemaker? It's back to the drawing board or else just buy the gtomega one for £130.
