First thing for me will be to check all the dealerships in the game and see what new additions we have for this latest installment.

2. Start and finish my license tests before getting a set of wheels.

3. Check out the events list and see which races to start earning some money on.

4. Choose my reasonably priced car to start off my career.

5. Start earning money and getting cars I like and are also needed for events

6. Start collecting those 1000+ cars! 👍

Time trials for the most part, 50% of my game time on GT4 was trying to shave hundredths of my Nurburgring time in a stock E46 M3, and I expect I'll do the same in GT5, except probably with the E92 M3 :)

1. Look at all the cars.
2. Race in my "GT5 Pacific Maiden Enduro" (I'm looking for others with similar interests! I want a full grid!)
3. Start off my adventure in GT-Mode and other races.

Buy a Kia Cee'd (or Cee Apostraphie D!) an do a celeb lap of the TG Test Track.

Then I'll repeatedly email polyphony and ask them to make Geoff, (AKA: The Hammerhead I eagle thrust.)

After that I'll buy some used peugot and cause a pile-up!

After playing around in options to set up my wheel and game settings to my liking i'll probably do this

1) Grab a cheap used car and give it a shakedown on a freerun/timetrial mode on the Nurburgring
2) Have a look around at all the new content, the cars new features photomode etc
3) Do the licence tests as perfectly as i can, while occasionally doing the odd event here and there
4) Play the game until either i complete it or my PS3 dies whichever comes first

1 - Sit there dribbling on the sealed cover for a few hours knowing i finally have it.
2 - Watch the intro movie a few times
3 - Dribble again?
4 - Try to ace all licence tests
5 - View all cars available
6 - Dribble again?
7 - Bye first car & enter GT mode.
8 - Finally get a mop & bucket to clean up the mess i made?

Take Bugatti Veyron around Nur in under 6:30
Good luck, I think the current record for the Veyron is 7'55. Weight really slows you down, as despite the Veyron having 1,001 PS (c. 987hp), it weighs nearly 2 tons.

Definitely got to finish career mode first. Then collect all 1000 cars. Once that is finished I'm going to chill at the track days. 👍💡

I'm hoping we'll be able to transfer items from GT5P. If not go through all the steps. Work with the track builder and so on.

Do the license tests until I cannot achieve 'Gold' on one test. Then I will look at all the dealers and admire the beauty and hard work that has gone in to making this game. Then carry on with the license tests until I have completed them all. Then go back to college and try not to get myself in trouble or get stabbed. (I live in East London) :(

I want to do the license tests, then go through and drool in the car showroom section...then race and race and race until i can buy the cars that i want, and put em on the nurb :D. I was working real hard on gt4 100% completion, but now i have set that aside so i can get ready for 100% completion on gt5.

1) Drool over how cool the game is and the fract that I actually have it.
2) Do all the license tests (at least all Silver to start out)
3) Look at all the new features in the game.
4) Find a decent car to start out with.
5) Go racing!

First of all, I probably won't sleep because of the game. Whenever I get it I will do License Tests... Then racing to get money before Online mode. :sly: I'm working on getting ahead of my classes to take some days off for GT5, Lol.

Of course, the usual stuff everyone talked about, but BEFORE THAT:

I'll try out the two-player split-screen mode and then see if I can watch the replay on a SINGLE screen (Like in GT3). For some reason, they stopped letting us watch split-screen races on a single-screen replay. HOPE IT'S BACK!!!

I will be booking the week off work nah make it two.

Get home from work
Put Munchkin to bed
Insert game disk into PS3
Empty bladder in preperation for un-interupted gameplay
Spend 3 hours watching the missus play as she took control while I was emptying blader.

Throw my phone away, delete my =name social website here= account, close all my email accounts, quit work, move to an abandoned warehouse, store food, and isolate society.

Hmm, I think I'll do the following.
1. Turn phone off & sign out of MSN (only online for GTP)
2. Get huge supply of food/drink
3. Check out the cars while drooling
4. Get all licenses
5. Buy a car (R32/RX7/AE86)
6. Maybe some online racing in said car
7. Try an Endurance race in said car
8. Hit Tsukuba!! (over & over) xD
9. Complete GT mode
I think I'll be on it non-stop for a while.
I'm getting a rig just for GT5, GT Omega - G25 - x540 speakers - 1080P TV :D
