I remember back in GT3, I just barely picked up the Celica GT-Four with like 250hp I remember from the used carlot. It was a helluva deal, I'd do it again.

I leaning towards the RX-7 since my love for rotaries is undeniable having had 2 in the family, but after that I can either spend some $$$ on modifying it or switch to this car.

Chevrolet Camaro Z28 ('97)

The Camaro is the biggest bang you can get for under 15,000 all the way up to 21,000 credits where the TVR Griffth comes in with 324 ps.

However that's just for horsepower, but I know you can tune a Camaro for nice handling.

I'm afraid Taneras is correct, you'll have a long wait for the RX-7 Efini III ('90) it doesn't show up on the used car list until week 17.
However, both the Skyline GTS-t Type M (R32) ('91) and the Silvia Ks 2000cc (S13) (91') are available in week 1. 👍

I'll really have to shop around, but I am most definitely not going for the credit upgrade from importing a GT3 save (I sure hope it's not automatic, because I want to keep both saves on one card). It's no fun if you can buy a lot of stuff right away - it's much more interesting when you have to plan and think about every scrap.

Thats not available until day 8 so by then you should have enough cash assuming you do lisences first and use those cars.

I think I'm going to either go with a GTS-t or do my lisences and save up to get a good car .. not sure which one yet.

You can buy that right from the start but it will leave you with 1 credit.

if i can manage to squeeze out all golds in the domestic B test, the Honda S500 will do fine for the early races. hopefully it will yield some good A-spec points.

then i'll move on up to the '83 Civic hatchback.

Agreed. The Test Course race in the pro Vitz series was probably the most numbing experience I have ever had as a gamer.

I liked it, the pace was so slow that it was the only time in my life I could race in the Granturismo serie while sipping a beer.

You do realize that by selling the lisence cars you can not get them back at all right?
