I transferred, but I just bought an S14 K's AERO ('93). Purplish Blue (That's the official name of the color....)

It's my car in real life, so I had to make it my game car.

Right now, it's just lightly tuned:
-Sports exhaust
-ECU, Port/Polish
-Turbo stage 2, sports I/C
-Stage 2 suspension
-Sports clutch, Sports flywheel, 1.5way LSD. (Nismo, of course, just like my real one!)
-Lightweight stage 2
-BBS wheels (Gold w/ polished lip)

Oh man AudiDriver... that RS4 is niiiiice. I had a dark red S4 with black wheels in GT3 and I was still driving that car two days ago. It was always a lot of fun. Anyways, I'm sure hope there will be some used Audi's from the get go.

Drool dribble, drool dribble...

Still counting down the 14 days for PAL release, but enjoying reading what (lucky) people are choosing for their first ride.

Will be utilising the transfer of credits and license pass ploy, having thought about it for a bit decide that I might as well get something back for the time spent on the previous purchases, and this makes a significant difference in what options are available - for a first car.

So, I'm slowly narowing the field down. Would 'like' to get the Caterham, however if the PAL version is the same as Japanese, it's more of a 'toy' as it's banished from competative races, which I think is a shame...

The HPA7S Stage II R32 Golf or BMW M3 CSL are the two most likely candidates...

'05 Mustang, now done up to about 450 hp, racing suspension, and one weight reduction. Handles quite nicely and can spank everything in the Beginners Hall.

Hmmm...

My first was the Prelude, then I found that I could load 100,000$!
So after deleting then doing this I tried several cars with the 110,000$ I had. First was the GNX awesome car I wanted to keep it but there is better to start with. Next was Dodge Ram this was for the funsies of it! Then Mustang, this car is very well balanced and a bargain handled and accelerated very well! Followed by the F-150, powerful but lacked in the control department!

I erased and reloaded everything to start with the Mustang Its gat 499HP now and a few other goodies, though I do have stock suspension and tires those are next in line.

And for my FWD cars I bought SRT-4, WOW this car is hard to hook up! She has 279HP and pretty much same setup as the Mustang.

I imported my GT3 stuff and after trying a few different cars I ended up with a Corvette ZO6. Lots of power and handles pretty nicely once you get a limited slip dif. and set up the suspension.

I don't want the extra money, I want to fight for it. When I start GT racing I'll use the best license prizes I have and just buy tires for them with the 9,900 credits I have left after changing oil. And yes, the virgin oil change still works.

Folks, please no more huge pictures of your cars. There's a whole Photomode board for that.

Please speak in English to the best of your ability. Somehow I doubt that's it.

GT1 - don't remember; 80s Supra TT sounds right, though
GT2 - mid-90s Prelude VTEC
GT3 - early Miata
GT3 (after losing my PS2 memory card and having to start over) - Toyota Sprinter Trueno (very easy to handle in stock and mildly tuned trims and very quick for a starter car, but requires serious suspension settings changes to handle the 300+ hp you get from installing the turbo kit  )
GT4 - not sure yet...need to look at the license test cars and used car selection a bit more before deciding. (From the looks of the car pricing, I should be able to pickup an Impreza STi v4 for just barely over the starting amount...I'll have to look into when that car appears, though.)

On a semi-related note, my copy of GT4 is "out for delivery" right now according to UPS :D

I took the extra cash for the GT3 save and bought a used '97 Lexus SC300 in black. The rest of the money's for later purchases.
