Which car was your 1st purchase? (Or will be your 1st, if you don't have GT4 yet...)

First car with the help of 100,000 GT3 credits = 110,000 total i got an Avus Blue M3. Right now sitting maxed out at 514bhp 1304 kg, better power to weight ratio than the SLR. I dont think I can lose with this car, maybe only against the LMP and 80s 90s Le Mans cars. Only thing i havent gotten for it is the roll cage, f*)&)* 30,000 credits (thats the price of a 120i).

My only beef with this game is the time realism. Without the Stage 3 on the M3 only the stage two 447 bhp, also minus some minor engine enhacements, I was able to do a 7:35.xxx on the ring, and it was very dirty. This bothers me a bit, but I can see how that would happen in real life. M3 with racing suspension, racing brakes etc. Just seems a lil hard to take in.

Just purchased a new CSL. Its all mpower baby, YEAH.

damni can't wait, it really sucks that thers no E30 m3 though :grumpy:

they only show like 300+ cars at the beginning; and are supposed to have like 4-500 otherwise.. to include unlockable classics etc.. the classics seem to be limited to 120 tho.. i've only messed with the 71 440 cuda & the charger, both seemed to be limited.. i'm sure once you GET the car, you'd be able to modify... i was in arcade mode... problem is my gt3 is across the country.. otherwise i would've transfered mine as well, so i started out with a 98 lancer... with basic bolt ons so far... and its handling sux... (and yes, i modified suspension too)... got it at 7, was playing it by 8 & was playing on & off til around 1..

oh.. and using the RangeStormer (landrover) on the grand canyon is fun :dopey:.. more fun than the STi (stock)... i love the look of that thing too, mean.

I know some of you were asking how the Charger 440 I bought drives, but that was over 12 hours ago so its now 4 pages back, lol. But anyway, it drives unfortunately exactly how you expect a 400 hp muscle car to drive, not great. I haven't really gotten to mess with the suspension or tires on it yet, but it's a little easier to handle once you get used to it. I'm sure its not that bad once you get load it up with goodies, but it doesn't perform like you would expect a car on GT4 that costs that much to perform.

The only gripe really is top speed on it :( I've done a few HP upgrades and I cant get it over 119-120. 4 gears sux.

I bought a 2005 Mustang GT (my real-life car) for my first purchase, but I soon realized that it had too much HP for the beginner races, so I went back and bought a '01 VW Polo GTi. I've invested over $200k in that car so far, it's top of the line. I don't think there's anything left to put on it!

Now I'm contemplating what to purchase next. I might get the '04 Subaru Impreza WRX, or an Audi A6, definitely something with 4WD.

That pissed me off as well (after reading apparently fake lists that included one...I was going nuts over the inclusion of an E30 bimmer). Mind you, it did not annoy me enough not to buy the game yesterday and play it until the wee hourse of the morning (this has been a long work day).

i bought the 97 miata mx5 j. still the only car i own. i transfered over the 100k, but i'm saving it for when i realy need it. i didn't want to make the game too easy.

Nissan Silvia K's AERO (s14) my real life car...in the game its blueish purple and damn sexy... with the Rays "deep dish" wheels i cant stop taking pics..haha

My first car was/is a 1998 Toyota MR2 with 39,000miles. I bought it for 8,700cr, and a quick oil upgrade gave it a good 202hp. :)

My first car is a blue '93 Mazda RX-7. Turbo...

EDIT: It started with about 230+ horsepower and the oil warning light was on. After a quick oil change, power increased to about 250+. 👍
