jpro01, oct262, that was a whole lot of fun, hanging back in your draft and watching the two of you go at it. đź‘Ť It was the best spectator's seat at the track. Better than All Access. Just wish I'd been videoing. Great racing. đź‘Ť

great race mate.really fun.
well you do participate very close at first half of the race
and then i realize that you where just watching:sly:
I know that if you wanted you could had both of us:cheers:
great race jpro01.đź‘Ť

Thanks Twisty,
We were doing high '59s low 2 min. lap after lap. That was fun!

I have seen lots of tuned Clio's, but there has been a bunch of variety all the way down to a BMW 1-series the other night. Seems like if you want to be competitive you need a tuned Clio or an NSX. :sly:

I choose to run the Amuse 350Z because I like the overall feel of the car better than what everyone else is running. Unfortunately it's slow on the straights so for half a lap I can't keep up.

I'd be interested in running the 350z, are you running full 700PP?

It would be a change from the Lions Den Performance Tuned Lancer, that baby is a grip rocket that flies out of the corners, and rockets down the straights.

Pitty I can't do it much justice.

Just a noobie question, when you guys are saying that you are going to race at a said time @ xx:00 for example. Are you referring to the race clock, because I'm a little confused.

I think without much doubt the most fun I've had is in the F40 but I've been using the tuned 111r when the trafic is heavy, so I have a fighting chance of staying on the tar in the malays :dopey:

Think I'll try the nsx soon, tonight or tomorrow some time.

Yes, make sure and set your psn clock via internet(at least that is what I do) then you can watch the ps3 clock and use the gt5p analog for the exact second, ie. xx'30:00 :tup

I raced with some rammers last nite.

I got a chuckle when I slowed to allow 3rd place to catch me so we could 'battle'; and he then promptly rammed me off the road; only my spin resulted in my car facing the right direction on the track; so I soon caught up with him again!

He blocked more than once, and so we were side by side before spoon curve and he tried to shoulder me off the road; only he caught grass and spun out :sly:

I was using the TLD tune (thanks again improved 4 seconds off my time already-still too slow though :)

I haven't encountered any GTP_ers lately.

Where and when are the West Coast North American GTPers online?

I've been on when you are. I did accidentally get into you a few times last night. You slowed down a little more than I thought you would getting into a few corners, so apologies for that.

You were driving the red Amuse 350 right? I think I was in the F430 at the time. I am still ragged at times!

That is ok; I missed a shift a couple of times too:guilty: I often use the sound to indicate when to shift and the surrounding car noise made that difficult-always room for improvement!

Yeah, red Amuse 350Z. I think you were driving a GT-R at the time.

Yes, I tried the F430, but preferred the GT-R (more stable for me).

Jumped you on the start, but you sure pressured me in the corners where I am especially ragged when being pressured.

Gives an inkling of just how hard it is to race:)

oct262, sorry for the bump and the "nudges". I was curious to see if you had something for Rudi (I clearly didn't). And, I knew you were faster because I watched you close up on me in a previous race. You were doing great! Good run!

was my second race after weeks not racing. i will do one more. i have some small poti problems, will fix them tomorrow. :)

Yeah, I start up front every time because of my 695PP number, but always get jumped by everyone. My car is really good in the corners, but straightaway speed is lacking a bit.

Edit: I'll be on tonight after 8:00 EST.

No problem mate.
thanks for the races you and Rudi.great racing from both of you.
Actually i didn't have something for Rudi due to my abilities not to be steady at all laps.
At last i've manage my best personal lap 1:59:540 without slipstream.I couldn't close up the 2 seconds gap.
On the other hand i thing Rudi has the same problem with me.
For 8 laps we where playing 2 seconds + / - at every lap!!
Sorry for stoping at the last lap but it was urgent.
thanks all of you

lol

it seems your setup working better between t1 and t2 then mines. :tup
best warm up hotlap for me today was a 59,6xx, in race 59,7xx, clean air.
tomorrow more. :)

Yeah finally managed a 59. I tt'ed a bit more PB now is: 1'59.900 I happy with the tune. Using the Clio btw. Had some races today with some GTRP guys đź‘Ť Also seen twistybits and OCT 262 on, but wasn't able to race them due to some other stuff :(. And Rudi was way to fast :D.

Thanks to everyone for tonights racing đź‘Ť

A special mention to GTRP_Gantenbein for an amazing race, bumper to bumper and constant overtaking for ten laps, fantastic what a great racer

Hey all. Jumping in for a few @ :00

EDIT: gotta update. Doh. in @:30

Had some good racing tonight with racecleanmorons. Last race of the night managed to pull off a 2:01.536 in a string of a few fast laps before I almost spun the car out and he caught up to me. Tried pushing it a bit too hard and almost bit the dust.
