Yeah, that might be close enough but with a dial up, I'd be across the finish line before you even got started! I'm affraid you definitely need a broadband connection to make x-link work.

I'm getting anxious for the next WRS race, this always happens a few hours before the deadline. You finish with one week and you can't wait to see what the next one is.

My Dad saw a Koiensegg CC8S today. I sat in a Vanquish 2 weeks ago in that very same showroom. Shame the CC8S wasn't there earlier, I would have prefurred to sit in that than the DB9 IMO.

The car has 800+bhp.

@misterweary - try using proxys to get to gtplanet at your work... its something we used during college time to get to forbidden sites... like orkut and stuff

Depends on what firewall they use ... won't work with our setup here ... I block all the proxy emulators ... but it's worth a try like you say

last night, veilsidebr recorded a 4´44´650 lap at nurburgring with the toyota minolta, in arcade mode...



that is certainly sick...

can´t wait to see that replay

with times like that we have to be extra ready when we race nurburgring for the next time...

Well Im ordering my GT4 tomorrow. I used to take part in the WRS just prior to GT4 coming out, I was mid to top of div 2, I seem to remember some of you guys who take part now but there are many new names on the boards !!

Im going to cane it over the next few days to get the cars I'll need to properly take part in the WRS again, Im well looking forward to it. Any tips from you experienced GT4'ers ??

I went to the dentist today and had 2 fillings 2 injections and a polish thing, my mouth is hurting like a fresh wound !!

best tip is to use a max drive and download the 100% save. Not only do you get all cars but you save yourself hundreds of boring hours racing the "fantastic" AI.
