Should of gotten 3rd ahead of @Yeratel84 as I crashed around 4 laps from the finish and decided to limp home to stay ahead then made contact with the barrier which gave me heavier damage so had to pit.

Anyone wanna do a spot race here with a spec of NASCAR Truck?

I figured they'd fit well around here and started lapping the Tacoma around Pescara earlier, was extremely fun.

Congratulations to @Furinkazen and @R0ssingt0n on their wins tonight. Lout was totally uncatchable in the Alpine.

I had a couple of unforced errors but kept my position even after my two pit stops. Not a bad race really, even in the first few frantic laps.

Pescara's swan song was excellent. This track will be missed. :gtpflag:

Some photos I taken from the last race at Pescara.

Farewell Pescara.

Did you HAVE to include that pic of me crashing? 👎

I just want to forget this year ever happened in terms of online racing. :(

Indeed I am working on a project myself.
Oh that will be cool. :) Can't wait to see it. Ciao Pescara, Congrats to @Furinkazen winning a track that he created for this series and to @R0ssingt0n (Lout) for winning GT and making the GT Championship very intriguing.

I like that picture of the Ford lifting off. That's what happened to me as well when I tried to run standard downforce in a training run.

First 10 laps were great, many times 3 wide (as one of the pictures shows). Unfortunately I ran a little wide on the last turn and hit an invisible wall, pushing me into Panoz who was running alongside me at the time. We crashed one more time a couple of hundred metres down the road giving me more damage that caused my steering wheel literally to point 90° to the left. Had to do a whole lap with that, so after I came out I was 1.5 laps behind Furi. When he came in, I was only 30 seconds behind, and I should have finished in 2nd, but many more mistakes made that impossible. Amongst those was one where I was coming out of the last turn wide, back end starts to weave left and right, can't catch it and I finally spin into the pits sideways against the pitwall. Apparently the game had already taken over a split second before impact as if I was in the pits (although I was on the other side of the wall), so it briefly showed the pit-dialogue, and then let me continue on. With no damage! :D

Just checked the replay real quick and since Chris got fastest lap I'm currently ahead with 61 points (after my dropped score from Pescara), while Lout's 4 points behind with 57 (after his dropped score from Daytona)... so if Lout gets the sweep at Spa, he'll be champion no matter where I finish...

I'll be back in Spa this weekend. What kind of weather setting we'll have now?

I will either A) run the Corvette in a special scheme, or B) I might G56 the Alfa Romeo that I won the Laguna Seca Round in WSCIV ST Class. I haven't decided it yet. :D And yes, let it rain. :D
