Sumo098 ran out of fuel at Indianapolis, chasing him down I also spun at Indianapolis but came through to take the win in bizarre circumstances as his engine cried enough out of Arnage.

First time I log into the GTP forums for a while and I'm reminded of that miserable event. Fabulous. :)

Room is up if anyone wants to practice. :)

I just did 1:50.9 on CAM's room... still 1 or 2 tenths to gain there (especially with a cleaner line through Curva Grande)

Looks like it's going to be close then. ;)
And I got work to do if I'm to make a respectable showing. Best today was a 1'54.0, if memory serves...

And also, don't murder me at Retifillo this time.

If I remember last season, I believe Furi caused you to have a another sickening crash on the front straight early in that race.

Ferrari + grass + steel guardrail = bad juju.

Me: "Hey Randy, leaders coming at you with a full head of steam."

*5 seconds later*

Randy: *screams*

Craziest race ever. 4 wide between 4/5 PT's for the lead overtaking like no tomorrow. And the epic finish between me and @gtpanoz wheelbanging to the line, and @Yeratel84 and @FlyingFox in closest ever finish behind! Tell ya what though, GT-O might be faster, but I think could serve up the same!

One of my favorite races ever was at Monza when myself and @jammy21 were the only two cars in our class. We spent the entire 150km within a couple car lengths of each other and had what I'm pretty sure is the closest finish in series history.

We've gone closer :P , but that was pretty epic. Who won?

At least the 50 meter board into Lesmo 2 is not a big-arsed block of concrete like in GT5.:nervous:

Oh, really? I haven't crash-tested that board yet in GT6. I wonder though how long it's going to last then in the race. Better find an alternate brake-marker just in case. :D

Could it also be that the astro-turf on the outside of Lesmo 2 also offers a lot less grip than in GT5? Made my back-end step out in an instant when on the power.

Out of curiosity to see how much everyone is practicing, how many miles are on your cars? I'm taking in account of the races that have been done thus far of course.
