Hi guys. Hope you're all well...
seeing as most people are debating car choice and rules, i have an idea for the way the threads are presented and organised:
how about having a main 'Hub' page which, along with containing info on all the rules and procedures (as the current one does) also contains links to a sign-up form and a link to the current week's race thread meaning the race thread itself is kept simple and tidy (no need for the rules and procedures to be posted as it can be linked back to the OP)
e.g.
GTP WSGTC
[pictures etc]
GT500 Sign-up
GT300 Sign-up
(these two would link straight to an easy-to-complete form which should help admin to organise and monitor the numbers in each class)
[Race Schedule:
(race number/date/time): Rolex GT
(race number/date/time):
Corkscrew GT
(race number/date/time): Autobacs GT
(race number/date/time): Nismo GT
(race number/date/time): Polyphony GT
etc...]
(here, WSGTC is in the second week - so the second week's race is a link which directs straight to the Corkscrew GT thread, while the others are plain text until the the new thread is opened...i've used the old Corkscrew GT thread in the link, in case people are getting confused - this is just an example)
[points tables]
[rules and procedures]
etc...
what do you guys think though? would it simplify or just confuse?
EDIT: also, a link to a page (a simple spreadsheet?) to the official Driver/Car/PP limits would be great
