why must the Dodge Viper ACR run a custom wing?
The rules do not specifically state that.
You do realize that changing the wing will negate some of the top speed in that car.
Also my 2500+ miles of tuning are now useless....

are you going to make the GTR change it's rear spoiler also?
Yes its should've been stated Flat Floor and Custom GT Style wing are manditoy. Sorry on my behalf if that was stated earlier.

And for the record it honestly the change is null to the car as I was already yelled at that for the same reason in the ACR

Again sorry for the confusion.
You have nothing to be sorry for @Jakedog23 it is stated in green in post #2.

every car is:

"GT Supercar Class:

Pro: 1,475 kg, HP variable
Pro-Am: 1,425 kg, HP Variable

Flat floor and GT wings must be installed if applicable."

Applicable is for if they are standards, not for if they come with a wing

ok lets make it more clear..if no standard wings are allowed then I would like it to read:
"Flat floor and GT wings must be installed, no standard wings allowed"

Must be installed means you have to put it on. It doesn't say must be attached. If it came with the car, you didn't install it. I think it's clear enough.

The wording as it is written now could be misconstrued. May I suggest a change in the wording to: "If either or both are available for installation, flat floors and / or a GT wing are required to be installed on all cars."

Use it or don't use it. It doesn't matter to me. I'm just trying to help out.

With the car lists we have now I think that's a good rewrite seeing as no standard cars are within our car rosters. Although it a little long winded. What do you think of this "flat floors and GT wings are required to be purchased and installed on all cars."

That's a blanket statement that is only true if every car you use is able to have them installed. You could go with, "flat floors and GT wings are required to be used on all cars that are able to have them added."

every car is capable of having both installed. We actually picked the car roster based on the fact that they can be installed :)

A question to all who have the G-29 Logitech Wheel:
1) Is the brake pedal sufficiently progressive? As is the GT-EYE.
2) If insufficient, can the GT-EYE Spring be used in the G-29 brake pedal assembly?

Appreciate any and all comments.

Hey Tex! I'm a G29 User with the GT EYE brake mod spring

1) when I first got the pedal and wheel set for G29, the brake pedal stock is more progressive than the G27 or the G25 however I wanted more compression for hard braking and easier to trail brake and so on. So I bought another GT EYE Brake Spring. The stock spring in the brakes include a little rubber stopper which is mainly why it's more progressive stock than the G27 / G25. When I installed the GTEYE spring in my G29 I put the rubber stopper with the spring which at first you will notice like dang it is hard to fully 100% brake but it takes time to break in the spring I put the G29 stock spring in the gas pedal I believe or maybe it was the clutch spring. Whatever one was more progressive for throttle management.

2) Sure can. I recommend it highly! I didn't think it would improve my speed when I first got it for my G27 then eventually G29 at all but it sure did.

Hope that helps a little if you have any more questions ask away and I can answer or someone else can help you out as well.

So tonight at 9pm EDT I am going to run 2 full races in the rain at RBR I will have the room open hopefully by 8:45.
That sounds fun, Laguna and Redbull are my favorite tracks, to bad the one Wednesday I can't race is the Redbull night.

If you can't make a race let me know and I will push it back. I did it for Rad I'll do it for you! I've got no problems doing it we are such a small group that it makes sense to me!

We don't have to skip a race, but I would not complain if u switch Redbull track to another night,

Are you planning on running the full season? If not I can switch it to a race you plan on not attending. If you are i'll pump it back.

I am planning on running whole season, but I know I'm not competitive enough to go for points so I don't mind missing a race. Driving this Mercedes is the most comfortable I've been in a car for awhile whitch can be Gd or I'm going to slow lol.
