Hey, I want the here if anyone is getting their PS3 to lockup while on line, lately. I was in our room and changing setup and then the screens started to take a very long time to switch. And, last night it did it again when I became the host and I wanted to change the room settings. Sorry to Trick, cause he was their at the time. I hope it's not a PS3 issue or I'm worried I'll get booted during a race. I had to reboot the PS3 the clear the issue. I retest tonight. And I will be late to the party for practice. Work is in the way.

Same problem for me actually, in the middle of a race while online it just booted me. Black screened and internet went out, double whammy
Clean your systems you probably have dust in them.

Happened to me too. It has never happened before ever so this is new but this morning i was in a practice room and when i went to change settings on my car everytging locked up and needed a hard boot to reset.

Yesterday I was disconnected 3 times while testing. So, gave up.
Today - ran a full simulated race without issue.
Maybe it was just a Server issue.

Well ...... do just fine till there are other cars on the track.
Must be a "Mind Thing".

Hope more cars/drivers are at the race tomorrow night.

I plan to livestream the race tomorrow if it's okay with everyone. if I start to notice dc's ect. I'll shut down the stream
Never been streamed live before. Just better not mess with success. Resent lock up issue with online rooms that I have never seen here before so testing it would be better then streaming at your first event.

Welcome Ph1sher.

I am not in charge but id say more the merrier. The BMW Z4 would be whats left and you would be at 1300 kg with the pro divison. 410 hp, flat floors and custom wing are the the specs.

I just want to apologize to Jake for taking him out of a chance for the win. 4 laps down I was just a moving chicane last night. I'll either get it sorted or stay away.

I think you will have better pace at monza JC. I actually played with the rx7 a little during the week and just couldnt get it to get through the corners smoothly. Its a difficult car for sure which is odd, i figured it would be one of the better handling cars of the lot. If i find a good setup for it i will share it.

Some general advice for all but especially those new to the series. Monza is notorious for using way more fuel than normal. Our last race here was in the v8's, i took much more fuel than normal but still had to pit in the last 3 laps to top off. Everyone else miscalculated more than me and were limping to the pits near the last lap and i inherited an ugly win because we all got caught out. Running a simulated race with others to note how much fuel was used is advised. If i can get a full race practice in i'll post my results but im sure each car is different on fuel economy.

Also, i have had 2 incidents in 2 races after never having an ir ever in spec or gt1. On top of the points penalty i earned and am expecting i will give myself a personal weight penalty for monza of 20 kg. I apologize again to birdy for my poor race craft.

The video above is just 1 way to negate an out of bounds penalty

Each infraction will cost 1 point per until you are out of points for this race only. I will not dip into last race nor put anyone in the red.

Weight penalties are putting your car out of spec (aka not allowed)

Ok then ill take the points penalty and drive super clean and reset myself toward a more conservative style of racing.

Drive fast, drive hard, and drive clean.

I knew you were coming and had full intentions of moving out of the way on the straight but into the final corner would've ended up with me in the dirt. Causing me to loose the spot to champ either way, however after the turn I could have easily let you pass without losing too much time.
