Yeah i agree. This series will be as good as we make it. Birdy does so much for this league and jake, scorp and xrad have done plenty too but if we all chip in it will be even better. I have all the cars bought and tuned. Ill start spending time testing for bop adjustments when i can

lets have a jam session with all interested and figure out the best way to go about testing so no one person is stuck doing too much. Im interested so is phisher, jake(maybe). We have 3 for sure. lets setup and meet and organize before you go at in on your own whitey :)

. I usually will tap break showing I'm aware of my obb, let's off gas might not be enough proof for not getting obb.
the video I posted show an extreme case of letting off as Rad pedaled the throttle off of the curbing. However a solid lift is all that I require.

I will watch an oob 3 times. Once at full pace (when I see it), second to confirm it's an oob and not a crash or catch and whether or not their is a lift, and thirdly with constant pausing to ensure that it is a full OOB and with switching to camera mode to ensure that both front and rear tires are out of bounds.

But it wasn't explained that, that was where to look for this information. I watched the forum extensively for these types of details. That is my concern atm.
You are a SNAIL you should know what SNAIL, our governing body, classifies as OOB I am not a fresh set of eyes looking at these races however (unlike snail) And the reason why "HOUSEKEEPING" notes are posted is because it is something I am seeing before the start of a race such as the case yesterday. or as a reminder of something to watch for like what and where pit lane ends or to remind people where an exception is different from SNAIL.

However I understand your concern and will take it into consideration when I hand out penalties to the "new guys" you will get something just not the full extent of the penalties.

I think the big difference is that in spec racing someone has to file against you directly which rarely if ever occurs for oob so it is whole new deal in gt1 where someone actually actively reviews independently. I can imagine that being a shock. It is such an important thing though to keep it all even and prevent the "well he did so ill do it" creep from setting in. Thank you for all you do birdy.

meanwhile back at the Volkswagen camp...
Scorpion is quoted as saying " this car doesn't have the pace to run a one stop here at Monza and be competitive.. I don't know what we are going to do this round.."
:gtpflag:

Race Engineer at Volkswagen has this to say about Monza:
"Monza has some gradual inclines and declines but is overall very flat, so you can keep your car relatively low. Avoid lots of negative camber since the bulk of the track focuses on straight-line acceleration. Downforce will help with high-speed stability. Now we just have to implement these principles to the maximum effect on the track and pray that it will be enough."

I completely agree with this statement.

Mazda Racing Inc's Team Principle said at the beginning of the year it would be tough but he had no idea that Monza would be this bad. With the sister car out for the season the remaining driver @Jakedog23 hopes to get a top 10 finish this coming week.

The nissan race director says their veteran driver is being quickly surpassed by the talented rookie driver who is improving leaps and bounds. Monza may be a changing of the guard in nissan camp.

Great!
Practice Room open at Monza

I just finished the OLR, sent jake a request..

The correct room settings are on page 1. Hope you are coming along in the Mazda. It has potential at Monza to compete.

Scorp got mid 47's which would be competitive. It also is an absolute rocket on the straights and is 4mph faster than my z into turn 1. Problem is it is unstable in the esses do hard to carry enough speed to do real damage. Cure that and its the favorite. Easier said than done i know.

Hello all!

I am very interested in joining a racing league in SNAIL because it is known for the fair, clean, and the fast drivers! This is the only "open" league that I found but since I haven't played in about 4 months, I looked at the PP categories and was looking to see if there is anything open in the 400-450PP range. If not, this GT modified series is also good. I am here because Whitey093 sent me. Lastly, it is my understanding that Sundays are the racing days?

Thank you!
