Well. i'm going to be tired come Monday. A 3am start for Australian viewers. Totally worth it though.

The ads during the race might be a little racey though....

I have an exam 6 hours after the race start... hmmm, this might get interesting...

3am in NSW? That's only 2am where I am and then I've got a midnight release for Black Ops the next day :scared:

Ouch.. I have 9.5 hours after race start. 7.5 after race end. 7 hours after I get to bed.

5 hours to sleep to get there on time.

This is a problem.... record and abandon news for 20 hours.

For sure it's going to be really tough. Lucky my examination is over, means I can watch the race in ease :D

Might wake up late, race starts at 00:00 and the rest of the programme ends at 03-04:00 so I have just 2-3 hours of sleep. At least not as bad as 2008!

I've been keeping an eye o those rumors for days now. HRT want's to put Klien in the car in a desperate attempt to take 1oth in the Constructors from Lotus. If HRT, or Virgin, was to finish 11th at Brazil, they'd take it. Maybe now Bruno can have a good driver to compare himself to. I hope he can beat Klien.

I doubt that he'll beat Klien because he qualified 1.1 seconds faster then him in Singapore. It's good that HRT have a driver with some experience now. I don't think they would be able to end up with 11th place on sunday unless we get conditions like 2003.

In one race. When Bruno spent much of the session facing the wrong way. On a track both have never been on, in a car that's very hard to drive(not the suitable car to learn a track with).

I suppose but Bruno hasn't raced on Interlagos either but Klien has and the car is still very hard to drive.

But Klien hardly knows the car. Senna's missed only 1 race, Klien's only raced 1 race.

I have been keeping a close eye on the "battle for 10th, 11th and 12th" in the WCC standings also :) . And I was delighted in Korea when I noticed HRT consolidated its place ahead of Virgin, all from finishing, for the 3rd time, a race in 14th place (with a 15th place to add). Amazing, considering the expectations created before the season started.

A few months ago I had too much free time in my hands so I made a litle chart to keep track of what was happening in this battle. Here's a pic of it, with the results updated to the Korean GP (sorry about image quality, anyway, the numbers below the chart are what really matters)

So, As Peter wrote, if Virgin or HRT get a 11th place in any of the next two races, they get ahead of Lotus (if Lotus doesn't get 10th or above, of course).

But I'd say any of them getting an 11th place is highly improbable. As it is the only other way of surpassing Lotus (getting 12th place in both the remaining races)

So I think Lotus has the 10th (WCC) position almost in the bag. About 11th (WCC) position, thinks don't look too easy for Virgin either. They need to get two consecutive 14th (race) positions to do it (or better).

I really want to see them do it, just to shut Bernie's trap, and the traps of all those who ever doubted their capabilities and made fun of them. And if they do get 10th, they get a share of the money the top 10 teams all get at the end of the year. A couple millions.

Why?

Have you not watched any of this season? Seen their hilarious management decisions? I see a future for Lotus, Virgin, I'm not so sure, but HRT, nah.

Vettel will lose all title hopes here I say, which will leave us with a 3-man showdown for Abu Dhabi.

From today's Press Conference, with the brasilian drivers (RB, FM, BS and LdG):

Q: (Jon McEvoy -The Daily Mail) Just going back to Ferrari, if you’re leading the race, would you give way to let Fernando through to win it?
FM: Well, I already did that, you know? 2007, you don’t remember? So it depends on me. I’m a professional driver.

I think you English speaking folks say when something is simply and directly answered that the reply is "straightforward". If I'm correct, this is the word to be used commenting this reply by Massa. Love it or hate it, this is F1.

Wasn't Glock on track for 10th/11th place at Korea until one of Torro Rossos crashed into him?

Hilarious management decisions? Care to expand?

Oh how I pray that Alonso doesn't win the championship! If Vettel wins, Hamilton is 2nd, Webber 5th, and Alonso doesn't score, then they'll be within 4 points of each other for Abu Dhabi!

But obviously it would just be easier if Vettel wins and none of the others score :D
