2012 Malaysian Grand Prix

Yeah. Really easy to fake an off in conditions so bad that a slight off could turn into a race retirement. :dopey:

-

Kimi with another fastest lap. That Lotus Renault is amazing. Too bad the pits didn't work out for him.

-

Lewis may not be happy in third, but his biggest rivals, Vettel and Button, are waaaaay back. So that should make him buck up a bit.

-

Maldonado's curse strikes again... engine blowout in closing stages...

Topsy turvy race.

Holy cow... Vettel... box dead. They're retiring the car. On the last lap!!!

Now they're telling him to stay out. Hell... bring him in! 12th is not worth a gearbox change next race!

Finally... stop the car.

Well, excellent drive by Alonso, brilliant drive by Perez, and nicely brought home by Hamilton.

Bit of a shocker from Button and Vettel. Rare mistakes from both of them.

Right, so anyway, what the bloody hell happened for the whole of this race.

Performances, confusion, rain, red flags, team orders, an unworthy winner. What a mixed bag and a half.

Top race. Great win for Alonso, and what a stunning race from Perez.

Joy for Peter Sauber. Discounting the works BMW era, it's his eponymous team's best ever result.

But like others have said, that was there for the taking for Perez.

Oh, that was fantastic! So happy to see Perez on the podium, it could've been his race but it's still a fantastic result! Great job to Ferrari and Fernando Alonso too!
