I will wait until the race is closer. I've got two drivers in mind which are Webber and Vettel, but not a third.

Webber does good in this track and has the best car, so as Vettel, however Lotus will underperform because they don't work in low tempretures or rain and this is Spa, there will be rain for sure. Now Mercedes, they proved me wrong once (Hungary) and they might surprise me again, but still I'm not sure if they are contenders for the win. Ferrari, despite some good leads in the first part of the season it has be on descendent spiral, Alonso usually does good in cold, rainey weather. The rest of the pack don't look like a threat, but Button might finish in the top 5, though
