Barcelona say they have agreed a deal in the region of £110 million for Dortmund's Ousmane Dembele.

Sorry, I meant re-sign. Messi's contract expires after this season and if he doesn't re-sign by January, he can leave Barcelona for free.

Ah, that makes more sense. 👍

This is the draw for the Carabao Cup third round, the one that was made at 4.30am....

West Brom v Man City
Everton v Sunderland
Leicester v Liverpool
Man United v Burton
Brentford v Norwich
Wolves v Bristol Rovers
Burnley v Leeds
Arsenal v Doncaster
Bristol City v Stoke
Reading v Swansea
Villa v Middlesbrough
Chelsea v Notts Forest
West Ham v Bolton
Crystal Palace v Huddersfield
Tottenham v Barnsley/Derby
Bournemouth v Brighton

Some decent looking games there.

The European qualifiers are going great for the Dutch clubs.

PSV knocked out of the 3rd round of the EL.
Ajax knocked out of the 3rd round of the CL, relegated to the EL play-offs. Lost the first game 0-1, second game underway and again 1-0 behind.
Utrecht wins the 2nd round of the EL, advances to the 3rd. Wins, to the play-offs. Wins the home game against Zenith 1-0. Knocked out in the away game.

So, it will be Feyenoord in the CL, and Vitesse in the EL.

Good stuff.

Well, this just popped up on twitter... Just had to happen.

Stick Busquets up from with them and it's BDSM, an attack that would have other teams in a strangle hold.

20 years ago today, Henrik Larsson opened his home debut with an own goal.

Anybody know whatever happened to him after this? :P

Bournemouth 1-1 at the moment, Charlie Daniels with an amazing strike and Gabriel Jesus with the equalizer.

Also just to let you know that there's an International break after this weekend, the first of the season.

Plus the transfer window closes at 11pm on Thursday night.

Full Times

Bournemouth 1-2 Man City
Huddersfield 0-0 Southampton
Watford 0-0 Brighton
Crystal Palace 0-2 Swansea
Newcastle 3-0 West Ham

Man United-Leicester to come...

Very nice win for Swansea, finally!

Slaven Bilic's job at West Ham must be very insecure now.

A Bournemouth steward has reported Sergio Aguero to the police after he allegedly punched him during the Sterling celebrations.

Never mind him, Koeman must be bricking it. They've lost both of their home games to two of the pre-season relegation favourites, and scored nothing at all. West Ham may have shipped more goals, but they've scored, and haven't even played at home yet!

Koeman at Everton beat Stoke at home, drew away to Man City and play Chelsea tomorrow, do you mean De Boer at Palace??

West Ham have played opening three games away because of the World Athletics at the London Stadium.

United win 2-0 against Leicester, again after scoring late goals...

The win was most deserved though and should have been alot bigger.

They shouldn't have an international break. Give smaller teams a chance.

United 2-0 Leicester, Rashford and Fellaini with the goals. Deserved win.

Three games, three wins, 10 goals scored with none conceded, superb start. 👍

Mourinho has got his subs spot on in the last two games.

West Brom 1-1 Stoke.
Chelsea 2-0 Everton.

Liverpool v Arsenal and Spurs v Burnley just kicked off.

Lot of people angry that WBA-Stoke was televised over Chelsea-Everton.

Edit past the hour mark at Anfield and Liverpool are 3-0 v Arsenal and are hammering them, the worst Arsenal performance in some time, no fight or desire...
