I will say, the new Busch cars with the small spoilers and splitters actually look like racecars now, rather than caricatures.

It won't be "another 1.5 mile track race." Odds are, Texas or Kansas loses a date, and they fill it with Vegas. It's not (cue DJ Khalid) anotha' one. It's a replacement, to which I say, who cares.

The only way LV will get a second date is if Bruton takes a race from one of his other tracks (or if NASCAR expands the schedule).

Bruton's tracks:

Atlanta - Highly Unlikely, no way they're giving up their 1 date.
Bristol - Unlikely, popular track and they just sunk a bunch of money into a big tv.
Charlotte - Highly Unlikely, it's NASCAR's home track
Kentucky - Highly Unlikely, considering what he had to go through to get it's spot I doubt it's going anywhere
Las Vegas - Trying to get a second date
New Hampshire - Possible, it has 2 dates and doesn't seem overly popular, likely the leading candidate for losing a race.
Sonoma - Highly Unlikely, only one of 2 courses on the Cup calander
Texas - Highly Unlikely, Bruton is very defensive about the track.

Didn't someone mention something about Bruton having his hooks too deep into NASCAR just this week? I can see him trying to pay off one of the independents for their spot, at least.

Also, Segments were effectively phantom cautions. Cup race had better show me something, because Xfinity and Trucks didn't move the needle at all.

So answer this, folks. You guys hate the new format and have sworn off NASCAR as a joke yet you continue to watch. What is even the point of complaining about the Cup guys in the other series this season when you guys have already deemed this season a joke anyways?

That looks...really different for some reason (other then the spoiler). Have they changed the rules on how these cars are made? Looks abit meatier overall then the last few seasons.

The splitter has been greatly reduced in size. Together with the smaller spoiler this makes for less downforce, also more forgiveness going off-track. Once the handling is balanced, perhaps this will make for better racing? The stage system definitely rewards the better teams, and takes some of the luck out of the point standings, I would think. Remember, the predictable breaks are thought to cater to the limited attention span of the sought-for youth audience.

Further proof, as if we didn't have it already, that NASCAR is dumb as 🤬 and doesn't actually listen to people who actually give a 🤬 about this series.
Because a poll answered by fans who can't even agree on what the series needs to do to get better and "not suck" is a great way to determine that NASCAR does or doesn't care about the fans.
