Wish Courtney didn't do that move. Just let Giz get away.

Edit: wondered why Scott got close to Giz.

Yeah. They usually go bad at the AGP. So, a 1-2 here, is fine until a few more rounds in.

The #78, #888, #34, #17 have bad sportsmanship flags.

Damn Heimgartner in the garage with smoke in the cabin.

Edit: So, Giz pressed the button to drop spikes and Scott got the puncture.

Simona got past Golding, but too far from Depasquale. Two top 20 finishes are fine with me.

Is that an Opel badge on Tamder's car?

It’s not a badge necessarily, but part of the grille does have an Opel badge as standard, which they add the Holden badge to once they’re here in Aus. A friend of mine said they may have just damaged the grille and didn’t have a spare.

Although I have a feeling there’s something a bit more important. The missing Holden badge could be a sign of GRM finding a new Manufacturer. In 09’ when Ford had left 888 in the wilderness, 888 dropped the Ford badges, and more importantly, in 2013 GRM had gotten rid of the Holden badge before they announced the Volvo deal.

If that's a possibility, GRM need to get cracking on development.

Just a bad penalty for Frosty.

Did the TV coverage mention anything about Tander’s car? Both today and yesterday it sounded like it had a broken header.

From what I could see on the TV, GRM haven't removed the Holden badge on Tander's at all - it's just painted black, possibly to help identify between the #33 & #34 when the cars are viewed from the front.

If any team has questions over a manufacturer switch, I'd like to know why I watched a Shell ad with Scotty Mac driving a shiny Bavarian? :odd:

There's been no change in financial support from Ford but, last year's ad had Scotty & Fabs in a Ford.

Is that smoke I see? ;)

The badge was removed, in the post race interview you can see the bare Opel logo which would be under where the badge would be placed on to of.

For the Falcon turning into a BMW, id imagine that would just be them wanting to show a ‘classier’ car.

I agree with Tim on that one. The Kerb thing has been so inconsistent this weekend, it's a joke.
We're not the only ones.

Did anyone else notice CL miss the chicane by two car widths after he'd been given the bad sportsmanship flag. I know it was of no advantage to him at all but neither was MW's cut. So miss it by millimeters is not ok but miss it by metres is . Something has to be done.

Just as an aside, I also think Chaz got away with one after the bad sportsmanship flag.

Seeing the images in that tweet in that article just disgusts me.
